Since our last update, we've been working hard to send out the remaining rewards! In fact, almost all pledges have shipped, with only five remaining, which I will tackle shortly.
A lot of the pledges have a long journey ahead, so expect them to arrive within the next two weeks. Many things can happen during such a long journey, so if your pledge arrives damaged, please make sure to take pictures of the outside and inside of the package. Moving forward, I will NOT be able to send you a replacement without pictures of the outside and inside of the package, because I cannot submit a claim to the delivery company without pictures.
If your pledge does not arrive or if your pledge is damaged, please reach out to [email protected]. Of course, I hope that will not be necessary at all, and all your pledges arrive safe and sound!
The only thing remaining to finish fullfillment is the long awaited bonus adventure for our VIP backers - I apologize for the delay on this, but I can promise you that it is worth the wait!
