Yes! If your reward includes one or more pins, you'll choose your favorite designs during the post-campaign survey.
Yes! You're welcome to add multiple copies of your favorite pin to your pledge while supplies last.
Absolutely. You can pledge for multiple pins or add additional pins through the add-ons to build your collection.
Yes. Every physical order includes an official Dorchadas Recruitment Order postcard inviting you to report for duty within Flame Nation.
If you've backed one of my previous Kickstarter or BackerKit campaigns and pledge for two or more pins, you'll receive the Moon Wolf soft enamel pin while supplies last.
BackerKit will only charge your payment method if the campaign reaches its funding goal. Charges are processed after the campaign ends.
My goal is to begin shipping by September 15, 2026. Digital rewards will be delivered after payment has been processed and surveys have been completed.
To keep fulfillment simple and ensure timely delivery, physical rewards for the Summer Artifact Collection will ship to U.S. addresses only.
Originally released during Pintopia, these collectible dragon pins are returning as part of the Flame Nation Summer Artifact Collection. This limited reopening of the vault gives both longtime supporters and new collectors another chance to add them to their collections. While I can't guarantee they'll return again, these designs are typically only available during active crowdfunding campaigns and are not available through my online store.
All pledges become final once BackerKit successfully processes payment at the end of the campaign. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with photos, and I'll work with you to make it right. Because rewards are reserved and fulfilled specifically for each backer, I cannot offer refunds for: Change of mind Buyer's remorse Failure to complete the survey or pay shipping fees by the final fulfillment deadline Incorrect shipping information provided by the backer If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the backer.
Surveys will be sent after the campaign ends and payment has been successfully processed. Please complete your survey by August 10, 2026 to help ensure your rewards ship on schedule. Backers who have not completed their survey by the deadline may experience delays in fulfillment.
What if my shipping address changes? If your shipping address changes before your order has shipped, please update it in your BackerKit survey or contact me as soon as possible. Once a reward has been shipped to the address provided in your survey, I cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an outdated or incorrect address. If your package is returned because of an incorrect address, moved residence, or failure to update your shipping information before shipment, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. If you know you are moving, please wait until you have your new address before completing your survey, or update your survey before the final fulfillment deadline.
All physical orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification from the shipping carrier with your tracking number and delivery updates so you can follow your package's progress. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, please first check with members of your household, neighbors, and your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, you will need to file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier. Once a package has been marked as delivered to the address provided in your BackerKit survey, I cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. If you need documentation or shipment information to assist with your claim, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'll be happy to provide any information I have.
No. This is a Ready-to-Ship campaign. The pins and books featured in this collection have already been produced, allowing me to begin fulfillment soon after the campaign concludes.
Shipping is not charged during the campaign. After the campaign ends, you'll receive a BackerKit survey where you'll confirm your reward selections, provide your shipping address, purchase any additional add-ons, and pay applicable shipping charges before your order is fulfilled.
Surveys are due by August 25, 2026. Because the rewards have already been produced, fulfillment is expected to begin during the first week of September, with all rewards anticipated to ship during September.
BackerKit FAQ
BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.
If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.
Backers often receive special rewards for their support, such as:
- Exclusive products
- Bonus rewards for backing related projects
- Discount pricing
- Behind-the-scenes updates
- Creative input opportunities
Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.
- Select a pledge level with the reward(s) you would like to receive
- Select any add-ons
- Confirm your pledge!
- You are charged only if the campaign meets its funding goal.
- Charges happen when the campaign ends, not when you pledge.
The creator will send you a survey to:
- Ask you for more information about your rewards (selecting options, etc)
- Collect shipping information
- Offer additional items you may want to add to your pledge
- Collect shipping fees (if applicable)
The survey will be sent to the email address we have on file with your pledge. Additional payments are charged when you complete the survey.
Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.
You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.
Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
