Project Update: 59 – Fulfillment Resumes & Vault Tool Beta

We have a meaningful step forward to report.
UK / EU Fulfillment Update
The shipment from Poland has officially arrived at Spiral Galaxy, and fulfillment has resumed.
That means orders that were waiting on that inbound transfer are now moving again. We are grateful to have product back in motion on that side of the Atlantic.
There are two small inventory gaps we’re working through:
• A limited number of hardwood dice trays are short.
• Four Terrors of the Deep standee packs did not make it into the shipment.
If you are affected by either of these, I will be reaching out directly to coordinate next steps. No action is needed on your end unless you hear from me.
As always, thank you for your patience while we untangle the final threads of this fulfillment cycle.
Ongoing Overseas Inventory Movement
We are still working on getting additional product positioned overseas with Spiral Galaxy (UK/EU) and Aetherworks (Asia/PAC).
Moving inventory internationally has become significantly more expensive over the past year. Between inbound freight rate fluctuations and tariff impacts, we are pacing shipments carefully to ensure we can move product responsibly without creating additional instability.
Our goal remains the same: establish reliable regional inventory so replacements, retail orders, and online purchases can all be handled smoothly without cross-ocean delays.
It is taking longer than we would like, but we are moving deliberately and steadily.
The Vault Tool – Early Beta
Over the past months, I’ve been building something many of you have asked for: a searchable Vault companion tool. You can see the early beta here: https://vault.tinkerhousegames.com
This is very much a work in progress. There are features still to build, data still to refine, and improvements to make across the board. At this stage, I would love feedback on one primary question: Is it missing anything important?
Navigation clarity, filters, search behavior, usability — all fair game. Please be gentle; this is still in scaffolding mode. You can send thoughts directly to [email protected].
The long-term vision is for this tool to make finding props and standees inside your Vault frictionless. This is the first step toward that.
