All campaign pledge levels and shipping fees are charged in US dollars. Payments are processed after the end of the campaign, scheduled for 12pm Eastern / 11am Central / 10am Mountain / 9am Pacific on October 28th, 2026. If a payment method or bank account is based in a currency other than US dollars, the total charge will reflect the currency exchange rate on the day the payment is processed.
When you place your pledge, you may choose to Pay in Full or Pay Over Time.
When using Pay in Full, the Pledge Manager survey will be sent within 24 hours after your payment method is successfully charged. Shipping will be charged when you complete the survey. By using the Pay in Full option, you acknowledge that your pre-order is not complete until shipping is paid.
When using Pay Over Time, you'll be given the option to pay 4 equal interest-free monthly installments of your pledge total over the course of 4 months. Shipping will be charged in the Pledge Manager survey, which will be sent within 24 hours after the payment of the last installment.
If you select Pay Over Time, you acknowledge that:
You understand that your rewards will not qualify for shipment until you have paid in full.
You understand that any partial payments made are not eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel.
You understand that you will not be able to access the Pledge Manager survey until after you have paid in full.
You understand that your pre-order is not complete until you complete all 4 installments and pay shipping.
The Pledge Manager survey is expected to be available within 24 hours after the campaign ends. If you have opted to Pay Over Time, access to your Pledge Manager survey will be sent within 24 hours after your final installment is paid. See the next section "Shipping" for key dates related to the Pledge Manager survey and when shipping fees are due.
The 1:10 Dom’s Charger from the Fast & Furious™ franchise is offered with shipping to backers in the US and Canada. Shipping to the US and Canada will incur a $50 USD flat fee per unit. Shipping fees will be calculated and collected after the end of the campaign through the Pledge Manager survey.
If you selected Pay in Full, the Pledge Manager survey will be sent within 24 hours after your payment method is successfully charged at the end of the campaign. If you chose Pay Over Time, it will be sent within 24 hours after your final installment is paid. Shipping will be an additional charge through the Pledge Manager. Your pre-order is not complete until you pay shipping.
Each backer will receive a unique Pledge Manager survey link. The final deadline for the survey response and shipping payment is midnight on February 1st, 2027. Missing the deadline will forfeit your pledge.
It is important to ensure that your shipping address is correct when you respond to the Pledge Manager Survey. If a product is returned as undeliverable to TOMY+, it is the backer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the backer wishes to have a second delivery attempt. The shipping cost for a second delivery attempt is an additional $50 USD per unit.
Shipping addresses may be updated at any time up until 4 weeks prior to the expected shipping date via the Pledge Manager survey. If your address is "locked" in the Pledge Manager survey, then a shipment is in process and no further changes to the shipping address are permitted within Backerkit. In this case, you can contact TOMY+ Customer Support for assistance with updating it, assuming it is not too close to the shipping date.
The 1:10 Dom’s Charger is expected to ship in early 2028. The estimated shipment date will be posted in a Backerkit Update at least 8 weeks prior to shipping.
The $50 USD per unit shipping fee is inclusive of Sales Tax. No additional customs, duties, or sales tax will be charged. Products will ship DDP (direct duty paid).
