Updates

Hi everyone!

Sorry for the delay on this announcement, there were a few orders with loose ends that were getting wrapped up but besides those few, ALL ORDERS HAVE SHIPPED :D (we've been in this status for a short while now, haha)-

If you need any tracking info, it should be sent to your email but any inquiries about shipments should be sent to [email protected]! They've done an incredible job with this project, I couldn't be happier :)

I've already been seeing some wonderfully decorated bags on BSKY and I love when you all tag me to show photos!

For any straggler backers with incomplete surveys or incomplete payments, I will be emailing to inform of the next steps/options. Fortunately that's not too many.

I think beyond this update, I will hopefully put a shoutout on when I have the series stocked in my online shop (shop.toripng.com) in case anyone wants to grab items they didn't previously :)

Hi everyone!

We're halfway through all shipments (55%) and the blue zippers that were missing prior are now in-hand so everything is set to be completed before the end of this month :)

I am SO elated that this project basically only went about a month over the projected time. Both BK and WS have given me so much hope in the crowdfunding method that I am considering doing some more projects in this upcoming new year!

I know things aren't over yet but it is very exciting to know that you all will receive your bags and other items soon :D

Hi everyone!

WS has shipped out 74 packages so far! If your package has shipped, your tracking information has been emailed to the address attached to your order so be sure to check your email :) If you haven't received a tracking number notification, your order is still in progress.

If you order has been shipped and you run into any issues regarding reception, please reach out to [email protected]!

WS intends to complete all packages before the end of this month! The intent was to have more orders done at this point but there was a light hiccup with items- currently blue colorway zipper accessories are missing or have not been found in the bulk order yet. This only affects 88 orders so there are 400 other orders that will be fulfilled without delay. Currently we are trying to locate those items or put in a rush reorder to ensure everything wraps up this month :)

Apologies for the light delay and thank you all for your patience once again! I will update again in the near future! :)

Hey everyone!

First off, thank you all so much for your patience, I know from the original timeline we've run over a bit with delays. And thank you for your understanding with the past few updates, I kinda jumped the gun on a few announcements but ultimately we're getting this rolling now!!!

Shipments will begin ASAP! As much as I'm still ok receiving customer service inquiries at [email protected], I'm going to redirect your inquiries regarding product and shipments. For tracking, shipping, or any service inquiries regarding reception of products please email [email protected]! I will still redirect any emails but you will get a faster response directly :)

As we reach some milestones in completing fulfillment, I will be giving the updates a little more frequently. I wanted to give a heads up on this in case the constant notifications might get annoying (but hopefully they are just exciting)!

Hi again,

Sorry about making another update on this- I misinterpreted some information before. Fulfillment for all orders will begin in early November. QC and counting will take up the last week of this month and shipments will begin in November. There's a few items/projects ahead of mine which puts this back at the original updated timeline.

The news for the postal strike situation in Canada is being monitored and as of right now, all postal services are available as the postal strikes seem to be in a rotating format. Ultimately Canadian orders will be sent if there is no ongoing strike and if not, further options will be discussed for Canadian backers if they wish to receive their items sooner/with another carrier which may involve higher shipping fees.

General summary: ALL items and shipments have made it to the WS warehouse and are being counted.
