It has been weeks and nothing. You are quick to collect my money but slow to actually provide missing items. When can I expect my missing items? Please either send out the missing items or provide a refund for what is missing. This is beyond anyone should wait for an update.

After months of ZERO communication, tracking, info, answers... The shipment finally arrived. I love it. It's amazing, but communication with you guys of 2LM was absolute hell on earth.

Posted in here near a week ago and emailed about a week ago. I would really appreciate knowing when the missing items will be sent.

Hi, I finally received my pledge items but am missing a couple of items. 1. Garden Dice Set 2. All Household miniatures. Box arrived, but was empty. I've sent an email as well, posting here for added visibility

Has anyone else had issues with 2LM responding? Great RPGs but the customer service seems lacking. I finally received this game, but others I'm still waiting for, including the Superhero digital content, along with the other outgunned stuff from the all-in preorder. If abyone from 2LM can read this, please provide updates as soon as possible. Thanks.
