After months of going back and forth with 2LM to get my missing items, it seems like they have no genuine intention in resolving this matter. For anyone viewing the community comments on this project, I do not recommend backing any of their further projects. At this point, I have about another month of patience before I aim to seek legal assistance through EU channels since there's better customer protection laws there.
