Goods got damaged due to minimal packaging. Promised replacement item months ago by this point. Have had similar discussions with them about my stuff from HouseHold kickstarter where two out of three packages were poorly packed resulting in damaged items. Communication is more or less one-sided. Still haven't gotten my replacement item from this campaign and no sign of getting any from the other either, only empty promises so far. I'm guessing their customer service is severely burdened what with all the missing orders and then the damaged ones of which there must be a ton judging by the packaging. It's at a point where it's easier to get a hold of them via comment sections like this rather than by email. I'm saddened to see them no putting new crowd funding campaigns on hold until they sort the old ones, and I'm filled with trepidation for what this means for my sword world pledge
