Why does 2LM not assist in getting missing items from Momento Mori? After 2 months of asking for assistance on the Backerkit page and emails nothing has been done. This is very upsetting to pay for a pledge, receive with missing items, and 2LM shaft you. I got one email on May 12 that someone was warning the hub, but no name who was doing this. Since then no replies to 5 requests for updates on this, and 0 replies to this community. Shocked at how unprofessional 2LM has become.
