The earlybird reward bookmark is *stellar*. The metal is thick, the coat is glossy, and it's thicker and heavier than I thought. If you grabbed one of these you're going to be glad you did. We've got these in hand now too!
The order for the Standees has been placed and they're en-route, but haven't arrived yet. Still, the sample looks delicious and stands over 7" tall. If you're a collector you're going to love this, and if you're not, YOU ARE NOW!
The Dice Trays are still incoming as well, but once I've got them I'll be sure to show them off! The DM screen sheets and the character sheets will be the last things to be ordered and may well go out in a separate shipment purely because I don't want to risk a rules change causing them to have an error on them. They won't be finalized until the book is.
AS FOR THE BOOKS...
Progress is going great on the Gallerie books themselves. The digital tools, which was the stretch goal we reached, are complete and allow for exceptionally fast character and NPC generation. They include a simple way to store and share your stats and inventory, places to reference your abilities at a glance, and a shared sheet for the party to show what Strokes they know and what Sketches they can paint together. This makes collaboration exceptionally simple and shows you breakdowns of every ability you get, every level.
The intro adventure, Trouble Brewing, is done, but upon reflection I decided it wasn't a great "starter adventure" for the franchise. It's a fun and fast-paced set piece but tackles a faction with some tough triggers and I don't want the adventure y'all purchased to run the risk of being unapproachable by some of your tables. So a new one, called Blood Wine, has been written instead! It's complete, includes just as many enemies and maps and tutorial elements as Trouble Brewing, plus a new monster type and a longer page count. This will be the adventure sent out for people that participated in the tiers Trouble Brewing was listed on. It's bigger, longer, has all the same content points, and is a more approachable first adventure for a table. Trouble Brewing will still be published, just separately, so people can decide if they want to tackle its themes at their table.
This does put us in a unique situation regarding the large Brewhaven miniature sculpt, however. Brewhaven is a somewhat unique environment consisting of a patchwork mix of a cafe and a cabin. There is a tavern in Blood Wine as well which could be sculpted instead, but it's definitely a bit more "local." I'm hesitant to offer y'all "generic tavern" as a backer reward when you can search those very words online and find one for free on one of any dozen .stl sites. SO! I put it to you, the backers who contributed at that tier (350-450) to let me know what you'd prefer. Do you want to stick to the Brewhaven .stl despite the fact that it's not in the Blood Wine adventure? Would you prefer a generic tavern .stl modeled off the one on the Bloodwine map? Or would you like the third option: a fully grown version of the Tanglewood Sapling, a monstrous plant you'll be facing in Blood Wine? The sapling itself is included in the adventure's .stls, but the fully grown monster is only mentioned in the adventure in hushed whispers and would make a great set piece during the battle. Ill post a picture of the sapling here, tell me what you think!
I want to personally thank each and every one of you for coming to the aid of a new franchise. You put your money where your mouth is, you supported a tiny creator in a big world and you helped make something physical and real come to life against all odds. I look forward to bringing you an amazing product and Ill keep you all up to date as we go!
In the meantime, the Backer page now links to an online preorder store. This is my first time through Backerkit so Im not familiar with all the in's and outs, but if things are working the way I think they are you should be able to direct friends to the original backerkit so they can pick up the .pdf if you want to continue spreading the word!
We are coming up on the few remaining hours and are mere dollars away from our first stretch goal! These handy sheets will let you check your Strokes for your Sketches, coordinate them with your party, and make collaboration on your Brushwork super easy!
Tomorrow morning I'll be starting a livestream at 9:30 am Pacific and carrying it through till the campaign closes at noon! It'll be live here and on https://www.twitch.tv/weaponsgradefunk so come join me for the final stretch!
First, a few of you have asked about the preview doc! It's here, just give it a click and get your copy!

Learning to play is also useful, so here! A playlist of a bunch of the core mechanics!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZPKnPg6BB0&list=PLrpjOokRdIn49dJojW7MtvDPUAZoTEO6X
There are 5 videos in here that are each between 3 and 10 minutes long that will give you the rundown on most if the core dice mechanics in the game, as well as some neat side features. There's also one of several character creation examples done live at the end so you can see them used in real time.
So now you know the space and the general rules, but you want to get into the nitty gritty. Follow the links to videos about the Manifestations themselves, thoughts on the game's design and structure, and more! These videos are more lunch-length and will give you a great picture of a lot of the game's ideas and design.

Like listening to me talk? Shhh, don't answer that, I'm posting this anyway.
There's a whole collection of videos that go spread-by-spread and explain thought processes and ideas behind the game and design. There are fully 13 videos in this list so there's lots to see! Most of them are between 7-10 minutes.

Gallerie is a ttrpg with a grid component purely because I find that easier to visualize and I love little plastic people, so dont worry if you're not a big tactical rpg fan. There's robust combat in here but it doesnt dominate the game in the least, nor are ANY minis actually required to really engage with the game. But, that being said, part of being the designer means I get to include things I enjoy, and I enjoy little plastic people. AND MY MY DO WE HAVE A LOT OF THEM.
AND FLUFFY ONES TOO! Fluffy ones with a 15" WINGSPAN!
All this and more can be found in the add-ons, so now's your chance to stack some fun stuff onto your order for you or some friends! 2 DAYS LEFT YALL, FIND YOUR PARTY AND LET'S DO THIS!

secondly, THE SECOND FULL FACTION OF MINIS IS COMPLETE!
The Bloody Guilds of Hannover are a visceral and fun deconstruction of avarice and the brutality of gain. Members begin their lives as Knives: early hunters with little training or ability aside from their determination to gain power through bloodshed.
If ability carries them far enough they can have parts of the monsters they've slain grafted to them and become Cobbled, taking on larger and grander pray and grafting more and more onto themselves until they become Blooded; monsters themselves.
A Blooded Knife is a towering and formidable foe the match for any Muse, and indeed that's who they're hunting. For if a Blooded can gain Favor for the killing of a Muse, they can spend it to return their bodies to human shape while maintaining the abilities they've grafted into themselves. This evolution gains them full status as Blades; fanged, transforming savagery hidden behind trim attire and a steely glare.
The final evolution of a Blade is the Tireless: Eternal Blades who can not only manifest the parts they've grafted, but can morph their whole body into custom creatures that make full use of their abilities. Sometimes called False Muses, an Eternal Blade has many of the same abilities. They can change their shape, paint with Brushwork, manifest weaponry, but all was gained by ripping it piece by piece from the world around them and taking it for themselves.
The Bloody Guilds currently have 5 minis in their line (there will probably be a sixth: the Knives (the first stage) have no specific differentiating motif other than "people with stabby things" so I haven't sculpted them yet) That join the Prelacy's already completed SEVEN MINI LINE to contribute a total of TWELVE UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL SCULPTS AND TWO FINISHED FACTIONS in the mini .stl add on!
That's only about $3.75 a sculpt, less if I manage to get that last one done in time. And that's not including THE FULL BREWHAVEN BUILDING STL, which is a part of the Patron Tier (which ALSO gets you all these minis PRINTED). If you're looking to really have a ton of assets ready to use, out of the box and onto your table, consider upgrading to the Patron Tier. Pay over time is available and it comes with SO MUCH OTHER COOL STUFF TOO!
When we began the Gallerie Backerkit not many of you really knew what your characters were going to look like in this game. It has its own chargen, its own options, its own setting, and none of it follows traditional depictions of fantasy roleplay. But now that we have THE FULL MANIFESTATION RUNDOWN VIDEOS
And a bunch of art and depiction examples, as well as a month's worth of streaming at this point, I'm hoping you have a much stronger idea of who you might make and what you might play! As such, going into our final week I'm REDUCING THE PRICE on the character art add on by $100! This full color feature immortalizes you in the books and is something you get to enjoy every time you open them, don't miss out!
Friends we are in the final stretch. Now's the time to bang the drums. Gallerie is funded, but only just. That doesn't leave much room for stretch goals or much headway for future content, and there's so much left this world has to give. Please help spread the word! You're going to love it here, and the further we get past funded the faster and easier it will be to continue making new content for your new favorite world. If there's content you'd like to see in the final week, tell me about it here and I'll try and make that happen!
