How did this happen? This is our first time using Backerkit and its fulfillment system, so we didn't realize when printing our shipping labels that although there is a packing list on the label, it had a character cutoff. That means that if you had more than 4 items in your order, Bee did not see those items on the packing list and therefore did not put them in your package.
We apologize for the mistakes; we are learning the system and gaining XP for next time! We caught the mistake, but we've already fulfilled most of the orders. Packages shipping out after today will be correctly packed.

Hey gobbos, Bee here! I finally got all the add-ons and products in, so I started with pin grading. I checked every pin (over 2,000 pins!) for defects; the ones that didn't make the cut will probably be sold as seconds at conventions and perhaps online.

It's a lengthy process but I've been listening to podcasts while processing all these pins. Luckily I kinda enjoy repetitive tasks like this, and seeing how efficient I can make my factory line. (I'm the only worker)

Packing orders
Peep the goblin mode beanies, stickers, and air fresheners! This is my fulfillment station (sprawling all my stuff over my dining table). Not pictured are the 4 paper bags under the table, full of packed orders that I will be taking to the post office later today. Most of you will be getting your packages soon! I am running low on the free sticker sheets, so some orders will be a little delayed unfortunately. They don't need to be reprinted, Thom just needs to send me more stickers after he's back from visiting family.

We just got the pin samples from the factory, so here is an update! As you might be able to see, there are a few defects we are trying to work out with the factory. The goblin in Farting is Wild Magic seems to have some speckles in them, which is not intentional (as far as I am concerned). The hands in Ponder This all have a weird mark on them that seems to be uneven enamel. And the Goblin Mode part of the sliding pin is a little higher than I wanted, so I am asking our manufacturer if they can move them down a millimeter or two. Other than that, the pins are looking great! Here is the spread with all of them, and more shots down below.

We reached funding for our Goblin Mode Beanies, so they are now in production! Our screen printer & embroiderer estimates that they'll be done in about 2 weeks, so that's perfect.
The stickers have been ordered an have arrived, and the tattoo sheets are also in production. We still need to create the air fresheners but they have a pretty fast turnaround time too! We are looking on track to ship in Mid-June!

Bee has sent the final artwork to our pin maker and the prototypes are underway. We are almost ready to place our order, so the surveys will be going out shortly. You can finalize your pledge, add anything else you'd like, input your shipping info, and pay tax & shipping. Filling out your surveys will help us gauge how many of each pin to order, so please get them in as soon as you can!
We will start with a smoke test first, so a random 5% of our backers will get the survey first. Please let us know if you encounter any issues! Thank you so much!

While we didn't quite get to our Goblin Beanie stretch goal, we have decided to offer it in the PledgeManager as a stretch goal. If 20 backers pledge for a Beanie, we can bring the goblin dream to life! They will be embroidered here in Los Angeles. If we don't get 20 backers, you won't get the beanies unfortunately, but you WILL be refunded, so if you want a goblin mode beanie do not hesitate!
Thank you everyone for backing our Enamel Pin campaign! We raised almost $6.5k, and unlocked many stretch goals along the way. We didn't unlock the goblin mode beanies unfortunately, maybe we can try again in a future campaign.

We will be sending out the pledge manager surveys sometime next week, so keep yer eyes peeled. Filling out the surveys promptly will help us with order quantities, so completing your surveys asap will be extremely helpful. The surveys will lock at a later date, and we will remind you again before that happens. You'll be able to change your address too in case you end up moving or anything like that, and you can also email us to make sure you get your package.
✦ Production & Shipping Timeline ✦
Today I sent the pin designs to our manufacturer, and we will be working together to make sure the pins turn out fantastic, especially our most popular pin, Goblin Mode! The colors when printed will be a tad different, but I did my best to match the RGB colors with corresponding Pantone colors.
We will be ordering all the stickers, tattoos sheets, and air fresheners before the end of the month as well.
We are currently targeting a ship date at some point in June.
