I reached out to Source Point Press from the email on their homepage. Hopefully I can get a response and bring it back here. For one I want to confirm the legitimacy of this project and producer, really hoping John didn't get scammed. If it is legit I really hope they understand how inept one of their employees is and they take action in rectifying this project. Crossing my fingers but running out of hope at this point.

I've reached out to John again via Twitter and hoping to hear something. He seems quite a bit more responsive than the current producer of this project. I'm wiling to wait a little bit but I have the form and process ready to go for a charge back if needed as well. it's rather frustrating that taking a few minutes to at least post an update letting those know that this project isn't in fact dead in the water, and just another "took the money an ran" type crowd funded ordeal, is too hard. Hoping to see something come out of this as I do really appreciate John's work and effort he spent on the Original WoW Diary. I have looked at that book more times than I can count. Nolan if you are reading these messages, please we are all just asking for an update, I feel that's the least that you can do at this point.

Things were looking hopeful when I got the PDF's about a month ago...and yet here we are. Another vague "I'll be posting an update in a week and many more to come before you get your books"...and we have seen nothing. I'm giving this until the end of the year, tops, before I file a charge back with my credit card company. Its a very easy process to do and I suggest you all to look into your options. I love John and want to support him, but this is just getting out of hand. Totally mismanaged.

Has the mousepad shipped at all or the books?

Might need to reach out to the publishing company that's producing this and see if this is just one bad employee or what's going on. This is beyond absurd or maybe we just got scammed.
