We did it! Together, we've achieved 1,000 backers for The Big Squeeze and unlocked our first stretch goal. Thank you so much to everyone who got us here. It's been great seeing so many people all believing in the pure power of lemonade. Or at least the power that a nice board game can have in someone's day.

And so, it's time to reveal our first look at....

Tori has dealt with her fair share of lemons in life. When her father got injured in a logging accident, Tori took every odd job she could to take care of them both. But her best shot at a better future came from a sports scholarship down south. She had to leave Pine Lane forest, her friends, and her father behind.

At first, her incredible strength in track and field led to an early sponsorship and the nickname "Pine Lane Legend". But after a disputed score ended with Tori hurling a lemon through* a judge, her disqualification immediately put her career and scholarship on hold. But she still needed to pay for living expenses, and all she had left to her name was her sponsor's lifetime supply of lemon juice...

This is Tori's first entry into the Big Squeeze. But given her explosive reputation, we have high hopes that the Pine Lane Legend will make this a festival to remember no matter what happens!

Tori specializes in powerful boosts: she can chop down her own resources to make the most of a single action at full strength! Of course it means sacrificing your future turns.... but if you know exactly what you want, and you're not afraid to risk everything to get it, Tori is the perfect character for you. If you want Tori to be at her best, you'll need to keep a close eye on your opponents and know exactly what they're doing so you can outmaneuver them at the last second.

Thanks to your efforts, Tori will be added to all copies and versions of The Big Squeeze, forever!

By the way: a lot of you had some excellent suggestions for naming Dinah's cat this week, but Sawyer's suggestion of Pumpkin is the clear winner and has now been made canonical!

Additionally, perhaps thanks to Pumpkin, Dinah is the winner of this round's Lemonade Stand-Off and will be featured in the next character highlight. Congratulations to Dinah as well!
