Came here to check on status of the project, because I haven't seen any shipping notifications even though I have many emails from this project going back a few months that kept saying "you have an upcoming charge" and "they will charge $19.00 on your card in the next few days." Well today, I decided to check the actual pledge manager page for this, and it turns out the shipping charges were never actually charged. I had to click the 'Place My Order' button to make it properly complete the transaction. Is this the reason mine hasn't shipped? Will I still get the pledge I paid for? There was nothing in the email indicating this was necessary; the email made it sound like it would happen automatically. I don't know how many others out there may be stuck in the same limbo, but you might want to post an update about this, as I can't imagine I'm the only one.
