Yeah not happy with the lack of communication about the shipping. Only got an email saying my card will be charged the shipping amount and never heard anything back. Just checked today and turns out I was never charged for shipping yet and had to manually put it in. Like this was suppose to have been sent out a year ago. SMH frustrated with the lack of communication. Post say to contact support but there is no email address I can see anywhere on who to contact besides here in backerkit.
