Hello! I need some assistance. The delivery came to me yesterday, but I'm currently outside of the country until the end of December. I'm trying to adjust the delivery with Royal Mail, to drop at my neighbor, but they require the reference number they wrote on the physical card — which I can't access of course. Most likely the package will be returned. Is there anything you can do? I could give you my friend's address if it'd be possible to redirect, or ask you to resend it at the end of December or even January. Many thanks
