With all the changes and the desire to have more than one language in the box. I know it's strange, as almost all our backers are English-speaking. However, it's better to use all the cards in the print deck, and dropping in a German version is a nod to our manufacturer, Ludofact.
So now that that's done, we are sending everything over to the guys, and they'll source our materials. We'll have the two days run at the end of October and will send out ASAP in November as we receive stock.
Thanks all for your patience; this is our first full Backerkit run, and it's been a learning curve for all.
Looking ahead, I have seen the next games we are launching, and we'll be playing them at Waterstones in Cambridge, UK, and I am excited.
As it is getting hot in London we are hot on the trail of sorting out the next stages for Pipes.
Surveys will be coming soon, we are just looking at adding our other games as add-ons to afford people the opportunity of additional fun.
We had a very successful event recently at the NEC Birmingham where we showed the demo of Pipes to a massive audience.
Lots of Fun and plenty of Pipes
Crazy Numbers
We had meetings with Ludofact, our German manufacturer, and we are awaiting the changed templates to be able to fit the artwork to the box etc.
Many thanks to all, we have made it past £1500, and we are on the slope now to fund.
We have managed to get into the final straight, and to celebrate, we are going to have a live session on Discord as we did on launch day, a chance to see a digital version of Pipes and maybe even play against the Designer.
Thanks again to everyone - looking forward to inviting everyone to our Discord on https://discord.gg/TmvKP8A from 6 PM BST tomorrow, Friday 21st May
Ah the great feeling on a birthday to hit 50% of our target - many thanks all, both returning backers and new people.
We have so many things coming in Wotan Games, and Pipes is the first. Having so many people on this journey is really cheering.
We have announced the new last card counter and will poll to see what people prefer, so more on that this week. Ideas so far, Pressure gauge, Pipe Wrench and Plunger!
