How do I qualify for the group-collab reward?

How do I qualify for the cross-collab reward?

To qualify for the free cross-collab stickers with Balloon Dogs, you need to back both campaigns at a physical reward level (digital and/or support tiers don't count). Please note that cross-collab incentives are being offered only during live campaigns (not to pre-order store backers).

Is shipping included in my pledge?

No, shipping is NOT included in any pledge tier. It will be calculated and charged separately when your order is ready to ship to you, about a month beforehand.

Can I request a refund?

All funds raised will go toward pledge fulfillment, so I cannot offer refunds. But if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to yuuninya@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do :)

Why don't you ship to my country?

The countries I can't ship to are due to USPS restrictions and the GPSR laws for Europe/Northern Ireland. Believe me, I would enable shipping everywhere if I could!

My bank declined my pledge payment! How long do I have to fix it?

Backerkit allows two weeks after the campaign ends for you to fix your payment method. They send you periodic emails to let you know your payment has failed, as well as retrying your provided payment method once per week until the two week mark. I will cancel all pledges that don't have a successful payment once those two weeks are up.

I'm moving before rewards are scheduled to ship. Can I change my address?

Yes! You can edit your survey responses at any time by logging into your BackerKit account. This includes your pledge level, add-ons, and address. Addresses are set to lock shortly before rewards ship, about a month or so in advance.

All pins are dyed soft enamel. They are about 1.5 inches wide with two clasps on the back for sturdiness. The patterns are UV printed, so they are best used as display pins or on a protected ita bag, as excessive handling could cause the print to wear off. Official Backerkit pins will have my backstamp on them.

Each sticker is roughly 1-inch wide. Grey borders are only to indicate cutlines; they will be clear!
Blind Bag B-Grade Pins: A random B-Grade pin for a discount!
B-Grade pins have 1-2 small barely-noticeable imperfections. Common B-Grade defects for dyed pins include dents/scratches and misaligned UV print. Will avoid giving duplicates to your A-Grade pins when I'm able.

Unfortunately, I can't offer shipping to the EU/Northern Ireland due to their GPSR laws. So sorry :(
I can't exclude Northern Ireland since it is part of the UK. If you fill out your survey and the shipping address is in Northern Ireland, I will have to cancel and refund your pledge.
Any other country that isn't included is due to USPS restrictions and is out of my control.

I've provided ESTIMATES for USPS shipping costs below. Please be aware that these estimates may change, as rewards have a chance to ship during the holiday season. I use PirateShip to utilize the cheapest shipping options possible!

Backerkit won't charge you unless the campaign reaches its funding goal.
Backerkit won't charge you until the campaign ends. Take advantage of that to claim your early bird rewards!
You can change and/or cancel your pledge tier at any time before the campaign ends.

After the campaign:

You'll pick the specific rewards you want in the survey that goes to your Backerkit email roughly 2 weeks after the campaign ends.
- Missed your chance to add rewards to your pledge tier? You'll have the chance to order add-ons through the survey!
All updates on production and fulfillment will be shared with backers through your Backerkit email and/or through the campaign's Community page.

Once all backers have received their rewards, any extras will be available in YuuniNya's store, but at a higher price.
