Fuji Survey Imposter (Typo) A backer was nice enough to let me know that we have an imposter in our survey... Fuji's identical twin, Fiji, has taken their place! Rest assured, they look the same and this won't have any impact on your reward for our sweet little apple pup :3
How will shipping be handled if I backed both PupPins and Balloonines? Once orders are locked and finalized for both campaigns, backers who supported both will have Balloonines' $7 shipping cost zeroed out. That way, when it comes time for charges, you'll only be charged for one campaign! However, if you've purchased survey add-ons for Balloonines, you'll still get the charge for those but it won't include the additional $7 shipping :)
Thanks so much for the majority of you guys filling out your surveys quickly! Because of this, I was able to place the pin order sooner than scheduled. As of writing, we're waiting on 3 backers to complete their surveys.

We’re nearing the final hours of the campaign, so here is some important info as we transition to post-campaign!
The campaign ends on Thursday, August 20th, at 3PM CST and your pledge will be charged.
Once it ends, Backerkit typically charges payment methods within 24-72 hours. I do not offer refunds, so be sure to adjust or cancel your pledge before then!
What if my payment fails?
If this happens, you will receive an email from Backerkit informing you of the failure with instructions on how to fix it. Backerkit will attempt to recharge your payment method ~7 days after the initial charge.

How do I choose the rewards I want?
Backerkit will send out surveys via email around Tuesday, August 25th(some of you may get them a day or two before this to help me discover any issues or errors). This is where you’ll be able to see any freebies you qualify for, choose your pledge rewards, pick any other add-ons you’d like, and fill out your address.
You will also confirm your payment method for the shipping costs, which will be charged closer to fulfillment. If you add other add-ons to your order, you will be charged for them at the same time as your shipping cost. Don’t worry, I’ll post an update and send an email warning before you’re charged for shipping costs so it’s not a surprise. You will still be able to update your address until right before I begin shipping.
Surveys will close and orders will lock on Friday, September 4th. Be sure to fill yours out by then to guarantee you get the rewards you want!
The Pre-Order Store will open after the campaign ends!
Backers should wait for surveys to go out to purchase add-ons! You'll be charged shipping twice if you're a backer and also place a preorder, since Backerkit sees it as two separate orders. So just be patient and spread the word to your non-backer friends!
Final Stretch Goal — Balloon PupPin!
If we reach 150 backers before the end of the campaign, the Balloon PupPin sticker from our cross-collab with Balloonines will be added to the campaign as a pin!
Since Talvi really wanted to make a sticker sheet for Balloonines, I was bullied into making one for PupPins too 😂 It's been added to the Add-Ons menu if you'd like to snag one!
Each sticker is roughly 1-inch wide on a matte clear backing. Grey borders are only to indicate cutlines; they will be clear!
