This campaign offers locked pledge levels for approved Scholarship Backers. Access is based on the email address that you entered when you applied for the scholarship. Scholarships are granted in the order they are received and are funded by fan contributions.

Once a week, BackerKit will manually upload our list of scholarship recipients into their system. At that time we will send a campaign update AND email those recipients to let them know that they can pledge for the Scholarship tier.
When logged into BackerKit, followers with email addresses in the Scholarship group will see their status change on the Pledge Page. When it reads “You have access” you can pledge for the "Heralds of Valdemar" Fan Scholarship Level!

BackerKit verifies your eligibility by matching the email on your BackerKit account to the email associated with your reservation.If your exclusive pledge level isn't appearing:

- Log into BackerKit.
- Do NOT pledge for a regular pledge level.
- Wait for a campaign update saying that this week’s recipients have been added.
- Check which email you used to back the creator previously, or to sign up for their mailing list.
- Log in to your BackerKit account and go to Account Settings.
- Update your email to match that address and save your changes.
- Wait up to 24 hours for the change to sync, then return to the campaign.
Still not showing after 24 hours? Reach out to Backer Support — BackerKit can manually verify your eligibility with the creator. When you write in, please include:
- The email address you believe is associated with your reservation
- Your current BackerKit email address
- Any confirmation you have of your reservation eligibility.
