Project Update: Shipping Status Update
Hi everyone –
We're deep in fulfillment and are receiving questions about packages that are marked "received by warehouse" but haven't shipped yet. With almost 4000 packages to go out the door, it's going to take some time to process everything. We'll let you know when to worry if your package hasn't moved, but so far everything is as it should be. Thanks for your patience while the warehouse team diligently packages and ships more orders every day!

Shipping Stats:
- Shipped – 1747 packages
- Processing at warehouse – 1938 packages
- To Push (Wave Three) – 96 packages
- Need new shipping labels – 182 packages (We're dealing with each of these individually. They're all international. There was a labeling error with the carrier we chose and we're switching carriers.)
You only need to reach out at this stage if you have received a tracking number and it says that your package has been lost in transit, or if you received a damaged package and need us to file an insurance claim. The best place to receive support is at [email protected]. If we're slow to respond, please be patient. We will get to everyone.
Your tracking number email may come from EasyShip, TrackMyShipment.co, or BackerKit. It seems like some of the BackerKit email notifications have been delayed, mostly likely due to API sync delays with EasyShip. While we cannot make these systems go any faster, we are actively monitoring data across both platforms. We love data over here and will make sure that nobody falls through the cracks.
