- Shipped: 2178 packages
- Queued at Warehouse: 1507 packages
- Held for Wave Three: 103 packages
- Need New Shipping Labels: 182 packages (International)

We've heard of a few edge cases from our support emails that we want to highlight, in case they affect you as well. With almost 4000 shipments on their way, it's regrettable but normal that things may get weird for a few people. Instructions for each edge case are below.
My Book Was Bound Upside Down - (1 Backer)
Email [email protected] and we'll send you a new one. We're pretty sure this is just a random one-off mistake from the factory, but we definitely want to know if it happened to more than one book.
My postcard print didn't have blue foil - (5+ backers)
We don't know how many shipments were affected, but if you received a postcard print without blue foil please email us so we can make a comprehensive report to the manufacturer. We paid a lot for that blue foil and the printer shouldn't have delivered any cards that don't have it.
My Loremaster patch didn't arrive - (50 backers)
This one is on us and it's going to take a while to fix. It was our first time working with a new data segment command in BackerKit for correct poll answers and we did it wrong. There are more Loremaster patches due than we ordered and we missed it, until a few backers asked where their patches were. The good news is that we figured out what we did wrong with the data and we now know exactly how to fix it. If you're missing a Loremaster patch, no action is needed. We're solving it and will send them out separately. We originally shipped the extras from the States to the Hong Kong warehouse and now they're currently on an ocean freighter making their way back to us. Since that's sloooooooow, we're going ahead and ordering a second run of patches from the manufacturer. When they're in we'll ship them out. We apologize for our mistake — that was absolutely our error.
I don't have a tracking number yet.
Please continue to be patient. Until that "queued at warehouse" number is zero, there's nothing to worry about.
I'm in the EU or UK and I received a notification that my shipping was canceled.
Please hang on. We're doing our best to deliver more than we promised and to ship with duties prepaid (which will save you so much money) and there are new requirements that we need to meet for EU carriers that offer DDP. We're hoping to have this resolved within the next week. If you'd rather that we just ship now and you pay duties and brokerage fees on arrival, send us an email and we'll push your package to the warehouse for fulfillment.
My name was wrong/missing for Loremaster credit.
We apologize for the oversight. There were a few qualifying backers whom we couldn't reach, even after multiple individual emails, and a few corrections that came in after the review deadline, when the book had gone to print. There are also a couple names where we just plain messed up. We know this was important to people and we regret these errors and omissions.
