Envelopes of Cash by Andy Schwarz

By day, Andy (he) is an antitrust economist who focuses on sports economics, especially related to college football and basketball. He's worked on several major lawsuits around whether and how college athletes get paid, and his first crowdfunded game, Envelopes of Cash, took full advantage of his knowledge of the underground economy of bag men and hundred-dollar handshakes.  He's also really into Euro-style board games, which led him to make Envelopes of Cash, a Euro that feels truly set in 21st-century America.  With his second effort, Skybirds, he returns to his childhood love of all thing related to WWI aviation and to a very different genre: trick taking.
