BATSCon is a locally rooted, community minded, free to attend TRPG miniconvention for the San Francisco Bay Area. On October 10th, 2026, we’re bringing you organized games, panels, workshops, and more!

Get ready to enter your very own World Dungeon! Play as a familiar face, such as 🧨 Carl, 👑🐈 Donut, 🐊 Florin, 🐐 Prepotente, or build your own unique crawler, complete with a customizable class and race (if you survive to the third floor)!

A two-player storytelling card game played on opposite sides of a closed door. A TTRPG about brothers in the zombie apocalypse and the final days before one of them turns.

A 6-person, one-session asymmetric map-making TTRPG about striking balance between extremes. Each player takes on the role of a unique force and uses individual mechanics to create a world of harmony and abundance... knowing it's all doomed.

A tabletop gaming convention focused on indie and small press games. Big Bad Con is built on the community standards of respect, support, and kindness.
