Sean is the author of the forthcoming book Entrepreneurship: Doing What Others Only Think About.

He has helped over 150 brands come to market.  

Sean brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, including C suite roles managing multibillion dollar profit and loss responsibilities. He often describes himself as a recovering corporate executive.

His passion for pet nutrition has shaped the past decade of his career in the pet industry. Sean and his wife, Amy, founded What’s In The Bowl Pet Shop and operate two corporate locations in Brookfield and New Berlin, Wisconsin. In 2025, they opened the first What’s In The Bowl franchise in Delafield, Wisconsin, with additional locations planned.

Sean also founded Foodynamics, a bootstrapped freeze drying manufacturing company that developed and private labeled products for more than 150 pet industry brands. In August 2025, Foodynamics was acquired by Glacial Freeze Dry.

Sean began his professional career as a psychotherapist.

Sean and Amy live in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with their three golden retrievers, Bonnie, Clyde, and Stella, and their two cats, Monica and Chandler.
