About Me – The Mind Behind “Klar im Kopf”

My name is René Schänderlein, and I am the founder and creator of “Klar im Kopf – Decisions for Life.”

Trained as an industrial mechanic and hospitality professional, I have worked in a variety of fields – from engineering and technical services to team leadership. Throughout my career, I have repeatedly seen how essential communication, mutual understanding, and the ability to navigate difficult situations are to the way we live and work together.

My personal experiences have also taught me that people don't always need the perfect answer. What matters far more is the ability to listen, understand different perspectives, and find solutions together.

This belief became the foundation of “Klar im Kopf.”

I wanted to create a game that does more than simply entertain. A game that brings people together, encourages meaningful conversations, fosters empathy, and inspires more thoughtful decision-making.

In “Klar im Kopf,” there isn't always a clear right or wrong answer. Instead, the focus is on questions such as: Why do we make certain decisions? How might someone else feel? And what other possibilities could we explore?

Today, I am continuing to develop the project with input from educational professionals, working toward bringing it into schools, families, and eventually workplaces.

My Vision: A world where we learn to understand one another better before misunderstandings turn into conflicts.
