Forged Lantern Games is an independent board game studio based in Ankara, Turkey. We create strategy games inspired by history, trade, and exploration.
Our debut title, BAZARA: The Silk Road Trading Game, is a 2–5 player trading strategy game set across 8 cities of the ancient Silk Road — from Istanbul to Beijing. Players take on the roles of merchants buying goods, moving across the board, and building commercial empires through smart trading and tactical play.
BAZARA is self-funded and built from the ground up by a team with deep roots in international business development. We bring the same mindset to game design: real mechanics, real markets, real strategy.
