🟠 This schedule is an estimation based on the timeline for the previous campaign's order size, with added margins based on the unpredictable nature of current international shipping. If this campaign has smaller or larger numbers than the previous campaign, that will affect the estimations.
- Febuary: Funding ends and we collect shipping information.
- March-June: Plushie production!
- July: Quality check, and the plushies begin their journey to our studio! We inspect and package them, then send your angles flying to your home!

🟠 Shipping is charged after the campaign when you fill out the post-campaign survey with your shipping address. You'll order the rewards you want, and then later be given shipping costs specific to your location. Plan your funds accordingly, and refer to the above map to see an estimate of what your shipping cost may look like based on your general area.

🟠 Errors. The plushies will be going through several facilities before reaching your home. As such, errors and mistakes may happen during transit and sorting. If you encounter damage-related issues, you can reach us at [email protected] to seek solutions!

🟡 Wait times. The volume we end up ordering will directly impact the amount of time it takes to carry orders out. We plan on giving frequent, communicative updates whenever new information is available, which will include fun digital assets to help make the wait less painful. New information won't always be available, so there may be 'dry spells' of updates as we sit on our hands and wait for plushies to be manufactured. We'll still always be reachable at [email protected] during these times if there are any concerns.

🔵 Shipping. Some countries will have restrictions and limitations that will make successful shipping difficult. Please see the rules and guidelines for your region - you must be responsible for understanding the customs and laws for your country. We will use the address you provide us, but once the package has shipped it is out of our hands and we can no longer affect its journey.

🟡 Refunds. After the campaign is over, money has been spent on product orders and we cannot issue refunds. If you have any concerns, you can reach us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help!

BackerKit is a pre-order crowd-funding campaign site. This means the things you're buying haven't been made yet. You aren't buying something that's already in inventory somewhere; you're funding the costs to create the items. This means you'll have to wait for them to get made after making your order. Here's how it works!

A BackerKit account is required to pledge for a number of reasons. Your BackerKit account saves your order information, lets you revisit/edit your pledge and survey information, allows you to participate in updates/posts, and your account-associated email lets us contact you if needed. Please make sure it's an email you check regularly, as this will include reminders for when the campaign ends and the survey where we collect your shipping information!

🟠 Pledges vs Add-ons: You can only pledge once, and then you can add things on to your pledge. Other than the limited availabilty items (like the voice lines which are capped at 20 available to buy per actor) all products are available as add-ons, so if a single pledge doesn't have everything you want, check the add-ons section during your purchase!

🟡 Checkout: Once you decide on the items you want, you'll check out. You are not charged at checkout. You're charged when the campaign ends. This is for two reasons: Folks aren't charged before the campaign meets its funding goal, and you have until the campaign ends to edit your order without having to get refunded/recharged with every change.   

This section contains vital information about when you're charged, what we need in order to ship your purchase to you, and payment options.

🟠 This is when you're charged for your order. You have made any desired edits to your order before the campaign ends and now have an accurate total of what all you want!

🟡 Payment Plans: We have it enabled that if your order total is $150 or higher and you would like extra time to complete payment, you can split the charge into four monthly installments.

 🔵 You are not charged shipping yet. In order for us to accurately calculate your shipping, we first need to collect your mailing information in the extremely important post-campaign survey.

🟠 The survey: Once the campaign ends, you'll be sent a survey via the email associated with your BackerKit account. This is how we collect your shipping information. We need this in order to know where to send your stuff! We'll send reminders once the campaign ends, once we're ready to lock orders, and again once we've received most surveys but are still waiting on some people. These reminders will be campaign updates that are also sent to your BackerKit-associated email.

🟡 If your address changes after filling out the survey, you can still edit it until we lock surveys. Survey lock will happen once we have received and inspected everything and are preparing to ship to backers. We will give warning and reminders when this is getting ready to take place. If you want to edit your address after survey lock, you can email us at [email protected] and we'll see if we can help. If you want to edit your address after items have been shipped, we cannot replace the items sent, so please keep your information up to date!
 
🔵 Those using payment plans will get their surveys once they've paid in full.

🟠 If you don't fill out the survey, we cannot send you your items. As is stated in the Risks section, once the campaign ends we've used collected funds to place product orders. If we don't receive your shipping information because you haven't filled out the survey, we cannot refund you. We will do everything we can to remind people of the surveys, deliver them in a clear manner, and make it as easy as possible for you to not miss this step as we really want to get you your stuff! Please help us help you by keeping an eye out once the campaign ends!

As stated at the top, this is a pre-order event, so the items have to be made. The more orders we get, the longer it could take to make, package, and send them. We inspect, package, tape, label, and send every single thing ourselves to reduce error and control quality, so this can take some time. We've done our best to estimate this timeline in our Schedule section, but if anything changes, we'll let you know via a campaign update! We hope to see you in the comments there!
