Dungeons and Daddies: Not a BDSM Sourcebook
is a 300+ page compendium that contains everything you need to survive an Isekai adventure in the realm of Dungeons and Daddies. Part campaign setting, part travel guide, this 5E-compatible sourcebook lets you explore the strange world first introduced in the hit comedy podcast.

You’ll find a bunch of fun authored items and spells and enemies and quests to put into your campaign, sure, but you’ll also find some philosophies and strategies for how to play and run a game like a Daddy: How to focus on character over plot; how to worldbuild without driving yourself insane; how to stretch, bend, and break rules if it means everybody has more fun.

If you’re new to roleplaying, this book is for you. If you’re an experienced roleplayer who doesn’t super-duper care about rules, this book is for you. If you get irritated when someone rolls a skill check when it should have been an ability save, you… should probably tell a friend about this book!

Starting in 2019, Dungeons and Daddies is an actual-play improvised comedy podcast with a considerably worse understanding of the game rules than Critical Role and a considerably less charming vibe than Dimension 20… BUT!

One of us wrote Borderlands 2, three of us worked on Video Game High School and Nail House, and the other one is Beth May.

The actual pitch, though, is an isekai (fish-out-of-water) story about four dads from our world flung into a fantasy-ass fantasy world on a quest to rescue their kids from a trio of evil wizards. It prioritizes improvisation over planning, fun over rules, and character over plot.
