PAY OVER TIME
For Dragems I've enabled BackerKit's Pay Over Time feature. For pledges that are over $150, you will have the option to select Pay Over Time which will allow you to pay in 4 equal payments over the course of 4 months with no added interest.
If you select Pay Over Time:
Rewards will not be shipped to you unless you've paid all 4 payments in full.
Partial payments made are not eligible for refunds. Please check the disclaimers for more information on refunds or the FAQs.
Surveys can not be filled out until you've paid for the full pledge. Once paid the survey will be sent out to you to fill out. Do this ASAP.
I will be doing my best to try and order enough product to cover any gaps that may arise in item counting.

I'll be accepting refund requests up to 30 DAYS after the end of the campaign.
After 30 days I will NOT be accepting refunds.

Surveys will be sent out to you once the campaign is complete. The survey is where you will choose your reward options and fill out your shipping information.
IF YOU FAIL TO FILL OUT THE SURVEY YOUR REWARDS WILL NOT BE SENT TO YOU
There is more than enough time given to fill out your survey. if it is not completed in time, you forfeit both your rewards and pledge. This means that I will not be fulfilling , nor refunding, rewards or pledges for those after the completion date.
I will be grading all the pins for that good ol' quality assurance!!
Even with that said, keep in mind that all pins are handmade and even those in an A/standard grade will have minor cosmetic imperfections.
The art/images in this campaign are mock up designs of the pins I plan to make. There are different factors, such as constraints within the manufacturing, that may lead to variations in the final designs.
THERE IS ALWAYS THE POSSIBILITY FOR UNEXPECTED DELAYS:
Should the pins have minor flaws throughout the entire box, it will be considered standard for that batch.
If the pins have major flaws in them, I will most likely have them remade which will lead to delays in shipping.
Sometimes personal emergencies happen.
Pins not unlocking can happen. If this happens only the ones that get unlocked will be made.
If the project as a whole does not get funded, you will not be charged nor will the pins get made.
I will be making updates as things go forward to help keep you all informed of what's happening. I strongly believe in keeping you informed to the best of my ability!
My first enamel pin campaign was BLACK CAT MAGIC, funded in October of 2024. I've been learning and growing in crowdfunding and I'm very thankful for the patience I've received from the community as I do.
