I am happy to report most packages have been sent out! Unfortunately it seems my brain fell out of my ears during packaging as I bought cardboard for the small prints but then forgot to put it in when I was sending them out. This has led to some backers receiving damaged prints.
To address this I am happy to resend prints to anyone whose merch was affected by this.
Please fill out this google form with the email you used for backerkit and I will send you a new print next week when I am home. (I am away for a con until then)
TLDR: All campaign pins are stuck in shipping limbo, so "shipping out" date for this campaign is being pushed back until at least August 2026.
Hello, everyone! I come bearing good news and bad news!
The good updates: - Postcards and stickers are all printed, delivered to me, and are ready to go! - The Astronomica pendants have been safely produced and delivered to me, ready to go! - All pins have been completed and have been shipped!
The bad news: - The shipped pins have been stuck in shipping for 18 days (as of writing this update) with no movement on their tracking numbers. This is already far longer than shipping has ever taken, for example we've both received AND sent out most of Crimson-Chains' pins in the time since my pins shipped.
So! What does this mean?
With no indication of when the pins will get here, I'm going to have to push back the expected shipping/delivery date to at least AUGUST 2026. I'll keep an eye on the packages' tracking information and hope that it updates in a reasonable time frame.
What I EXPECT to happen from here: - Shipping will update and give me a delivery date sometime in the next few weeks (Hopefully sooner than later) - I'll give you an official "everything is here and it's all awesome!" update once everything has been delivered to me, and give you a little forewarning that addresses will be locked soon - I will lock addresses just before I expect to start shipping everything out - Everything will be shipped and you get your packages!
Worst case scenario: - If pins don't show up at my house or update their shipping info in the next month, I will have an "End of August" Update to keep you all appraised of the situation, what my plans are, and what the new timeline may be looking like. Hopefully we won't have to go this far and I won't have to start making calls. Fingers crossed!

Thank you so much for your continued patience! As of right now, production has taken longer than expected so unfortunately the campaign timeline has shifted. Based on the original campaign timeline, rewards were supposed to have already arrived and I had planned to begin shipping them this month. However, I didn't anticipate the setback with my plushie manufacturer (from the previous update) and or how much of an impact it would have on the campaign timeline at the time.
As it stands right now, the new estimated delivery date is in October.
I am incredibly sorry for this delay. I understand it's frustrating and disappointing to see the timeline change, especially after you've already been so patient following the plushie sample mishap I shared in the previous update. My priority now is to set realistic expectations with the updated timeline and to make sure what arrives to you is worth the extra wait.
Here's a status update on everything:
✅ Surveys These have gone out so thank you to everyone who has already filled them out. Surveys will remain open for now so you're welcome to update your reward selections at any time. I won't lock them until everything is finalized and on its way to me.
🚧 Enamel Pins Still in production. These were originally set to produce and ship alongside the plushies but now that the plushies are delayed, I'll have them shipped to me first as soon as they're done.
🚧 Plushies Still in production. I've been in near daily contact with my manufacturer the past few months to ensure we're both on the same page to prevent another setback. Since the last update, we've made several improvements to both plushies. I've adjusted the overall shape and head:body proportions so they look more balanced. Tsuki's wings have also been redesigned with a cleaner shape, embroidered structure (instead of simple felt cutouts), and updated sizing that's more proportionate to his body. Here's a recent photo from the manufacturer:

✅ Add-ons (keychains, deskmats, stickers, and sticker sheets) These have all arrived and are in stock! Everything aside from the plushies and pins is already here and ready to go.

As for duties and shipping: customs policies are constantly changing and I am keeping a close eye on them, especially between US & Canada, but regardless of what happens, I will be absorbing any additional duties or charges and will not be passing those costs on to you. Whatever I quoted during the campaign is the shipping price that will be charged.
While I have experience producing enamel pins and other merchandise, this is actually my first time producing plushies and it's definitely been a bigger learning experience than I expected. I really appreciate you sticking with me through all of this, thank you so much for your continued patience and support.
I'm back with photos of all the pins! I also got notified that all the remakes will be shipping soon so I expect them within the next week or so. As such I have given out the 48h notice that cards will be charged, and after that another one for locking addresses.
Please note per my last update that Cassiel will have different tear drops due to them all being broken in transit and not actually fitting the rings properly. See last update for the new ones.
Please note: that if you have not fixed your cards for either of the initial pledge and/or for shipping you will not receive your items until it is fixed! Even if you have filled out your survey, if your card is errored your items will not ship! You have until a few weeks after fulfilment is finished to fix cards or you could miss out on your items.

Hey guys! I wanted to hop in and let you know I'm mostly done shipping campaign orders! You may have already gotten your goodies, in which case I hope you enjoy them!
You should have gotten tracking notifications for your order. I had some issues with my fulfillment integration and Backerkit and had to do some manual intervention. I believe I have everything in order, however if you have filled out your survey and paid in full and have not received a tracking notification either through Backerkit or me personally PLEASE reach out to me at [email protected]! I'll be more than happy to double check and make sure you got your goodies!
If you have not received a tracking notification and are waiting on one, please double check that your survey is filled and all payments have cleared. This campaign will remain open and I will be checking periodically to make sure all orders are complete. I'll give one final update when I close out the campaign. At that time you will no longer be eligible to receive your campaign items if you have not completed your survey or payment!

Hi there backers, quick update for you all. Except for a handful of stragglers, all the rewards have been packaged and/or shipped out. It should take 1-2 weeks for domestic (USA) shipments to arrive and 4-6 weeks for international shipments, but possibly longer due to shipping delays. Your tracking information is available through Backerkit.
Please contact Backerkit supportor use the ask-a-question link in the FAQif there are any issues with your rewards, I can accommodate replacements or exchanges if needed. Do not message me on social media or via my shops. I graded and packed everything myself, so there is a non-zero chance of human error. I'd appreciate if you let me know if you catch anything wrong with your plush or pins; or ideally, that they're up to the usual standard and you're happy with them!
Some notes:
The Early Bird and Returning Backer sticker incentives were added to orders twice, you may see this error on your order slip. If you intended to receive multiple of those stickers but did not please send a message to support so I can look into it for you.
If you notice a random seconds grade pin in your order, that's a thank you from me for completing your survey on time.
If you ordered all three Iron Lung pins before the survey deadline, you'll receive some bonus stickers.
If you ordered a keychain, it will come with a film on each flat side that you will need to peel off.
It's my first time grading plushies so if you catch any issues please let me know. There may be a few stray embroidery threads but you can carefully trim these with scissors without hurting Sammy.
For anyone who has not yet filled out the survey or had other issues with their order, I have reached out via your Backerkit email. If I do not hear back from you, you will not receive rewards. If you missed out on items, I'm planning to reopen my Etsy shop and send leftovers to my stockists, stay tuned for another update once my shop is open.
