Central Michigan University Press is a scholarly game press for Central Michigan University, a Michigan public university first established in 1892. The Press is committed to innovative, research-based, peer-reviewed, engaging pedagogical games. Our previously crowdfunded games include: Monumental Consequence, a single-session, live action game for classrooms, team building, and social gatherings that asks players if art is ever worth dying for. Players take on the role of villagers in the fictional town of La Ville, where an army has just taken possession of their centuries old church. The villagers must come together to decide whether they risk the lives of their friends and family by attacking the church to save the precious art inside or whether they simply bomb the church and sacrifice the art to save lives. 9-38 Players      30-60 Minutes      Ages 14 & Up --- It’s Spring, 1927. While Americans dance the Charleston and drink bootlegged liquor, the Mississippi Delta faces a flood of epic proportions. If battered river levees collapse, everything important to you will be washed away. Rising Waters is a cooperative board game built around area control, set collection, and variable player power mechanics where players experience life through the lens of African American plight. In the game, you will confront two forces – racism from white landowners and the power of nature. Persevere by drawing on your community’s courage and strength from your family, church, music, farming, and education.  Can you manage the rising waters to stay alive. 2-4 Players      60-90 Minutes      Ages 14 & Up

No matter what game you're playing, it's yours to create.  Memories of great times, great friendships, and great characters. For every roll of the dice, from the triumph of rolling a "crit", to the miserable failure in rolling a "1." For every epic adventure and every side quest gone wrong. For every late night of "just one more hour" and the next morning of great memories. For every funny moment where an "in-game" decision goes awry and a last-ditch effort that succeeds. For every Total Party Kill, to the excitement of "rolling-up" that new character. For every boss kill, and every puzzle solved. It's Your Game, It's Your Story.  We're just here to bring the most fun to your games and your stories. Ryan, Michael, and the Team at Easy Roller Dice Company

In 2021, Robert Alderman founded Pulp Hummock Press as a small publishing company with a focus on sword & sorcery tabletop roleplaying game products. Since that time, Robert's first book series, GODS OF THE FORBIDDEN NORTH, amassed over $350,000 in crowdfunding pledges on Kickstarter from more than 3,500 generous backers. Serving as the company's lead designer and creative director, he manages an international team of writers, artists, cartographers, and layout designers. His series debuted at #3 on OneBookShelf's Top 100 Bestselling Titles list and quickly became a Mithral Best Seller, a milestone less than 0.3% of products in the tabletop roleplaying game industry ever achieve. And his first volume took home the ENNIE Judges Spotlight Award at GenCon 2024 in Indianapolis.

[Backerkit_Headers_6.png] Founded in 2021, Pandion Games designs tabletop roleplaying games that facilitate collaborative storytelling and worldbuilding.  We aim to create roleplaying games that are accessible and inclusive for players of all experience levels, and our games span from science fiction and horror, to cozy and slice of life. Our games include the likes of Waffles for Esther, Banda’s Grove, Badger + Coyote, The Substratum Protocol, Storyteller: The Campfire Narrative Game, The Dungeon Year Journal, Monsters & Counselors, and Whispers in the Walls. Additionally, we work to support the community of artists, writers, and designers that make indie games so wonderful: We have released open sourced system references for many of our games, so others can use them to create their own. We host game jams to encourage and celebrate other creators! And we operate the Pandion Games Discord server that provides space for designers, artists, and players to come together to share their work and learn about game design, freelancing, publishing, and, of course, to chat about our games. Come join the community. We'd love to have you. [Share a Story]

I'm passionate about changing the way we make and interact with the objects in our lives. I crave products with better stories, that enrich the lives of everyone they touch, both makers and users. I started my career in graphic design, then moved to broader marketing roles. I founded Allegory in May of 2012 when the company my wife and I worked for closed. Since then we've successfully launched and fulfilled over 20 crowdfunding projects and built a business that enriches our lives, the lives of our employees, and hopefully our customers' lives too! It's been an amazing journey I wouldn't trade for the world.  My dad is a retired barber, he's the only person who has ever cut my hair, and he taught me how to build. I'm a father of two, and my wife (and co-founder) Jess is superwoman.

I started my career engineering aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines, but I’ve always just loved making things. For more than 10 years, I’ve used crowdfunding to turn ideas into real products—and to find out whether other people want them too. I still genuinely enjoy every part of the process, from the first sketch to placing the finished product in someone’s hands.
