Project Update: Cover... BE REVEALED!

Ahhh finally, that feels better!

ReadIndieFantasy.com was so kind to host an exciting cover reveal for me... (And did a wonderful review of The Lucky Machine and The Warm Machine a few days ago!) Something I've never gotten to do before! Normally I just reveal here and tpppfffttppphhh but I wanted to make a little fanfare of the situation and do it AFTER the campaign started and swap out all the graphics and, you know, make more work for myself, as usual

Anyway, I hope you got to check out the cover on ReadIndieFantasy.com already (Tru is awesome, btw; was supposed to be in the Bazaar with us but unfortunately had to drop out so I hope you keep an eye out for the next project Tru is putting out)... But if you didn't, here it is!

The Gone Machine book which is a colorful depiction of a man standing inside of a shop, facing to the left. A robot is reflecting outside of it instead of his reflection, and then the reflections continue across the entirety of the cover, ending in a glitchy looking robot at the very end on the left.

Along with the in progress shots for how I made it!

6 images showing the process from sketch to final work of The Gone Machine book which is a colorful depiction of a man standing inside of a shop, facing to the left. A robot is reflecting outside of it instead of his reflection, and then the reflections continue across the entirety of the cover, ending in a glitchy looking robot at the very end on the left.

And yep... I'm gonna do my best to align the spines again :D So if you put all 3 of them together, the caution tape follows through. I'll do my best!!

Hey quick shout out to Seven of Publishing Goblin's campaign Blue Bird, Black Bird. I heard this little trivia tidbit the other day... Seven actually sat down and watched ALL possible visual media of ALL superhero type stuff in preparation for this book. So yep, all the Marvel MCU stuff, all the DC stuff, all the Image stuff, all the weird in between things. All TV shows, all movies. If you've been here with me since The Warm Machine you'll remember I said when I was writing it I took everything I loved about sci-fi and mashed it all together into a book (and then added some other stuff I wanted). Well... that's what Seven did with Blue Bird, Black Bird. Everything they enjoyed about superheroes, plus quite a bit of open door gay and bi stuff, so I've heard haha. I'm backing it, and you should too:

Plus the bonus being my bud Orlando did the fantastic cover art and bonus NSFW art for this, so heyoooo support indie authors and artists alike!
