Hello, I have received some hours ago a notification that the shipment is started for my package, at it starts from UK. Considering that it is now outside of EU, should we pay some custom fees on them? This is something that happens with all products from outside the Union (at least for Italy, but it should be a new union "law", right?) Can you in any way confirm this possibility to us? Also, in the future try to use some eu-based hub in Europe, it should reduce the risk for this to happen
