Lost Packages If you don't receive your order in the next 2 weeks, please reach out to me at [email protected]. If your package was returned to sender due to an incorrect address as a result of an error in your entry, you will be responsible for paying shipping and handling costs for the new package.
Damaged or Missing Items You have 30 days after your package arrives to report to [email protected] any needed replacement items for damaged or missing items in your order. If your order was damaged, you must include pictures of the damaged stickers and packaging.
I will be mailing out the first group of orders today. Some I will need to go to the post office for, which I will do by the end of the week. I'm excited for you all to get your stickers! I'll update again once everything has been shipped.

Rent relief donation, and new project announcement
Hi friends,
I wanted to update that with all your Common Loon sticker and print purchases, I have donated $140 to The Wilson Foundation, a Twin Cities rent relief fund! And even better, they are currently matching donations. Please consider donating to The Wilson Foundation or other mutual aid funds if you're able. I will continue to donate any loon proceeds from late surveys and pre-order store orders.
Also, I am gearing up for my next campaign, Native Wildflower Greeting Cards! These are greeting cards featuring my watercolor paintings of native plants from the Midwest. Please follow the teaser page to stay updated on the launch, and share with your nature-loving friends!
The stickers are now in queue for printing with my manufacturer, I'm very excited! I should be receiving the stickers by the end of June, so they should still be shipped out to you in July.
Your orders are locked now, but if your mailing address has changed, you can still edit that in your surveys until I charge cards for shipping and post-campaign add-ons. You'll get a 48 hour notice before I charge cards, so please make sure you've provided the correct address by then.
A handful of you still have not filled out your surveys. A reminder that without your survey being filled out, I will not be able to ship you your rewards. Once fulfillment has begun, all remaining backers who have not yet filled out their surveys will have 30 days to complete and submit their surveys to receive their rewards, otherwise the pledge amount will be considered a donation to the campaign. So please get those filled out so I can get you your stickers!
Thank you so, so much for all of your support! The campaign just ended after Beasts and Botanicals went into overtime for almost 4.5 hours, and Birdtober 2025 Stickers raised $1392!
Since we were so close to the last stretch goal, I decided to release 3 more sticker options: Varied Bunting, Great Gray Owl, and Pygmy Nuthatch, making the total number of options a nice round 20!

Here's what's next in terms of the project fulfillment and what I'll need from you:
Payments: Any backers whose pledges didn't go through right away will have about two weeks to correct their payment information or follow up with their banks to make sure that the payment goes through if it was flagged as unusual. Once these two weeks are over, BackerKit will release the funds collected to me (minus their platform fee and the payment processing fees, around 10% total).
Surveys: You will receive an email in the next few weeks with a survey for the pledge manager. In this survey, you will be able to upgrade your pledge or add more add-ons if you wish, as well as select which bird stickers you want and provide your shipping address. Without your survey being filled out I will not be able to ship you your rewards!
Production and Fulfillment: After the survey deadline (about a week after they're sent out), I will put in the print order for the stickers. My manufacturer estimates a lead time of 10-21 business days. Once I receive the stickers, I will pack the orders and mail them out! With this timeline, I'm anticipating that the stickers will be mailed to you in July.
Communication: I will send regular updates like this one throughout the process, including when surveys go out, when I receive the stickers, and when I ship them. If you need any help with your pledge, first contact BackerKit support, as they will be more prompt in helping you. If you have any other questions, you can contact me at [email protected].
