Hi everyone,

All orders have been shipped out, with the exception of the few that have card errors or incomplete surveys. If this is you, BackerKit has sent email reminders to you and I will need you to resolve these issues before I can ship you your orders.

Most are being sent by USPS First Class mail, so while there's no tracking, orders should arrive in 1-5 business days for US backers. Here's what to do if there are problems with your order:

Lost Packages
If you don't receive your order in the next 2 weeks, please reach out to me at [email protected]. If your package was returned to sender due to an incorrect address as a result of an error in your entry, you will be responsible for paying shipping and handling costs for the new package.

Damaged or Missing Items
You have 30 days after your package arrives to report to [email protected] any needed replacement items for damaged or missing items in your order. If your order was damaged, you must include pictures of the damaged stickers and packaging.
