You may cancel your pledge at any time before the end of the campaign. I will grant full refunds for pledges within 30 days of the campaign's end date, no questions asked. After that, I cannot grant refunds and if you choose not to fill out your survey or pay shipping and tax on time, your pledged amount will be considered a donation toward the project.

You have 30 days after your package arrives to report to [email protected] any needed replacement items for damaged or missing items in your order. If your order was damaged, you must include pictures of the damaged products and packaging. For packages that go missing, you have 45 days to report it after the item is sent to have me resend or follow up on the items. Packages that are sent to an incorrect address as a result of an error in your entry will require you to pay for shipping the new package. You will be notified before addresses are locked and will have a chance to update your address until just before fulfillment begins. If your address changes, be sure to update your address in your survey. Backers are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date email addresses on BackerKit, and for reading updates as they are made to keep informed about this information and the deadline dates. It is the backer's responsibility to follow up on their packages should problems arise.

If this campaign funds, you will receive a survey after it ends to choose your product designs and make any changes to your order. Once I have all of those, I will put in the print order for the stickers and cards. The lead time on the stickers is 10-20 business days (shorter for the cards, but everything will be packed together). Once I receive all the products, I will package all the orders, which I estimate will take a week depending on my schedule. I estimate delivery will be in September 2026.

The stickers are printed on high-quality vinyl and are waterproof, weather-resistant, fade-resistant, scratch-resistant, dishwasher safe, and UV-protected. Safe for indoor and outdoor use!

The cards are 5x7" folded, with artwork on the front and back. The portrait stickers are approximately 3x4" depending on the artwork. The sticker sheet is 5x7", and each sticker is 1.5x1.5" to 1x3" depending on the artwork.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
