Hey folks, this is a quickie update.

We're still working on fulfilling orders. We were at events the last two weekends which eats into a lot of our fulfillment time, but more orders will be going out this weekend. 

I see that some folks have left comments on previous updates:

I'm very sorry for the lack of response. BK does not have a reliable notification system for comments, so I wasn't alerted. If you have issues with your pledges or shipments, please reach out to us via email admin/@/arledgecomics.com. Big thank you to Jason for sending in the email last night asking me to check comments. :prayhands:

Unfortunately mistakes do happen in packing orders. We're human. Just contact us with your backer info and what's wrong and we'll take care of it. :)

We're sending out a big ol' batch of packages out this week. Labels have been processed, so y'all should be seeing emails from PirateShip with your tracking numbers.
 

As you can see, there are still 8 people who haven't filled out their surveys. This campaign is over a year old at this point. If you haven't filled out your survey, I'm sorry but this is your last reminder to get that filled out. Any surveys not filled out by the time those last 17 packages are shipped, will be considered donations.

We'll need a little time to inspect and grade all the pins. (They arrived literally five minutes ago!) Then we'll get right to work fulfilling everyone's pledges.

We got some new pins in-hand!

Now with these orders in-hand, we can send out even more packages!

We're waiting on five more dx pins and the mini dice pins. They're in production, just no photos yet. 

I'm checking in with our manu weekly - if not more - to make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. And I'm desperately hoping we get pins stateside before more tariffs are levied. 

I apologize again for how long this campaign as taken to fulfill. I hope you all see this update and above photos as proof that things are still chugging along - just slowly. I appreciate everyone's patience. 

Hey folks!

Sorry for the radio silence. We've been real busy trying to get everything fulfilled. Here's a quick breakdown of where we're at.

Ordering / Production
All pins have been ordered. As you may recall, I made the decision to submit and approve of the pins one design at a time because our manu representative was replaced, and we were seeing a lot of mistakes just in the proofing process. But I'm happy to announce that all pins have been submitted, approved, paid for, and are in varying degrees of production. I expect to see the Peachy Pin and mini pins soon, remaining pins a couple weeks after that, and the community teddy bear pin was submitted last.

I tried to prioritize the most popular designs, so we can fulfill more orders sooner.

Fulfillment
If your pledge consisted of only adhd, asd, gd, or ocd - then your pledge has been packed and shipped already. If you fall into this group and you haven't seen your order yet, please reach out to us via email so we can sort that out for you. admin @ arledgecomics.com

If your pledge does not fall into that group, then we're waiting on pins.
Our estimated completion date is July 2025.

We've had a couple of delays, and just for transparency's sake, I want to outline those:
The free Peachy Pins should have been here by now! But they and the mini dice pins were delayed in customs, and there's been some disruptions - unfortunately - due to the political climate in the US. There was a whole day or two where the USPS wasn't accepting inbound packages from China (where most enamel pin manus are located) - which is just one example of shipping delays! But tracking has updated, and we should have those in-hand very soon.

I'm also late on my update to y'all. I strive to update all of my campaigns at least every other month, and I dropped the ball there. Sorry! I'm sure most of you noticed that Pintopia 2025 was much earlier than 2024. So instead of having a year to prepare, I had... less than that. Haha. So I was a little underwater for a little bit, trying to balance everything. Please know that the lack of update did not mean lack of progress. I'm very sorry for the delay in updating, and I appreciate those of you just posting and requesting an update! 

Your next update will be early/mid May.
In that update, I will have new photos of pins and fulfillment updates.
I'm scheduled to have surgery next week, so I appreciate your patience until the next update.
