Hey backers!

I just processed shipping labels for the final 17 orders that were awaiting fulfillment. We were waiting on the mini dice pins which arrived late last week. Y'all should be seeing emails from Pirate Ship with your tracking numbers soon! We'll be packing and shipping these out this Friday. 

I want to apologize one last time for taking so long to get this project fulfilled. We hit a number of road bumps, and I'm eternally thankful for everyone's patience as we figure out manu stuff and get everyone's orders out.

Hey folks, this is a quickie update.

We're still working on fulfilling orders. We were at events the last two weekends which eats into a lot of our fulfillment time, but more orders will be going out this weekend. 

I see that some folks have left comments on previous updates:

I'm very sorry for the lack of response. BK does not have a reliable notification system for comments, so I wasn't alerted. If you have issues with your pledges or shipments, please reach out to us via email admin/@/arledgecomics.com. Big thank you to Jason for sending in the email last night asking me to check comments. :prayhands:

Unfortunately mistakes do happen in packing orders. We're human. Just contact us with your backer info and what's wrong and we'll take care of it. :)

We're sending out a big ol' batch of packages out this week. Labels have been processed, so y'all should be seeing emails from PirateShip with your tracking numbers.
 

As you can see, there are still 8 people who haven't filled out their surveys. This campaign is over a year old at this point. If you haven't filled out your survey, I'm sorry but this is your last reminder to get that filled out. Any surveys not filled out by the time those last 17 packages are shipped, will be considered donations.

We'll need a little time to inspect and grade all the pins. (They arrived literally five minutes ago!) Then we'll get right to work fulfilling everyone's pledges.

We got some new pins in-hand!

Now with these orders in-hand, we can send out even more packages!

We're waiting on five more dx pins and the mini dice pins. They're in production, just no photos yet. 

I'm checking in with our manu weekly - if not more - to make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. And I'm desperately hoping we get pins stateside before more tariffs are levied. 

I apologize again for how long this campaign as taken to fulfill. I hope you all see this update and above photos as proof that things are still chugging along - just slowly. I appreciate everyone's patience.
