I feel like the communication for this project is lacking. How often are you going to give us an update of what is going on? For the way it is going I think it should be every 2 weeks to make sure you are on top of the schedule. Going with once a month I could understand if you were keeping to your word on the timeline, but with all the things that have happened we need more communication.
