Hey, Cookie Crew!

First off, if you are still waiting for your package and you do not have a Nessie Shaker keychain in your order, please reach out to me at [email protected]! Your package should have been sent out and I want to communicate this with the manufacturer on Monday to figure out what is going on.

Secondly, if you have a missing accessory-- for example, you ordered Madame Macaron, but you didn't receive her bow, please fill out the form I'm about to link you all too. I'm having a little trouble keeping together who needs what and where it needs to go!

Having removeable accessories is awesome, but it's also a pain come shipping time. I really apologize to anyone who is missing anything~ I think there was a miscommunication with the manufacturer when it came to packaging, so instead of everything being put into the same bag and sealed, they placed the dolls in a bag, and the accessories in another bag. Except the neck accessories, I think they just come untied and the people packing them don't realize, for some reason, that this is a problem. 😭

I will make sure Series 2 items are packaged correctly, and that the accessories are stitched on a bit so they don't fall off when they come untied (unless you snip the stitch, of course!).

I think that will solve a lot of problems down the line, but for now! If you are missing something, even if we've spoken, please fill this form out when you have time:

Nessie Shakers are supposed to ship out on Monday, and then it is a 3-5 day delivery time. I really appreciate everyone's patience who ordered one of these.

Quick update-- Manufacturing on the Nessie Keychain has finished, and we're waiting on a reply about when they'll be shipping them out. As I've mention, they'll be shipping by air, which is a 3-5 day journey. We're very close, but if you ordered a Nessie Shaker, I apologize immensely for the wait. I really do appreciate everyone's patience with me.

I have learned a valuable lesson about this part of my projects, and I am ordering things much more in advance for Series 2.

This is a quick update! We've shipped over 700 orders so far:

Despite what you see there, we only have around 437 orders left to fulfill. There were about 100 people who didn't fill out their survey, which skews the numbers.

I realize my last update offended some, and I apologize for that. My intent is never to offend anyone. If you knew me in real life, you'd know I'm the least confrontational person ever. I don't like to fight.

If you've lost faith in me, and feel I lack professionalism and that I am unable to take accountability, I don't know how to change that. All I can do is keep moving forward and continue to update, which I felt like I had been doing all this time.

Personally, I back a lot of projects. I see delays often. In fact, it's quite rare for a project to fulfill "on time" due to the sheer number of moving parts and independent parties involved in bringing these things to fruition. We even baked this possibility into the Circus Sweeties by including a disclaimer in the shipping section because delays are just that common.

This was also my first project of this scale, and I've learned SO much. About my suppliers, my fulfillment partner, the shipping process in general. With all of these new experiences I strive to provide a more accurate timeline and faster turnaround on future projects, but it will still just be an educated guess at best.

To that end, I thank everyone who understands this and I truly do value your trust. I will always remain in contact with updates and to answer emails. If you do not hear back from me, it is not that I'm ignoring you. It was purely human error and I simply didn't see your message. Please reach out again, and I will always do my best to help and make things right.

Hello, Cookie Crew!

I'm back again! I try to only update here once a month so I'm not inundating you guys, but I have a few things to share that I shared over on the Discord! (If you are not part of the Discord, I highly recommend it. There are more frequent updates, tons of concept art shared, prototype photos, random cookie photos etc).

First things first. Our manufacturer is on holiday until the 5th of May, so we won't be getting any updates until after this day. Very important to know.

Secondly, if you are a Cosmic Kittens customer who receive a faulty collar with their Cosmo or Void, and you're still waiting to hear back about the replacement issue, this is what I have so far:

Grace (our agent) informed me that they are working on making sturdier samples and after the samples are completed and confirmed, we'll discuss what we're doing afterwards. We have been collecting numbers, and I will be emailing everyone who received one (even those I've already spoken too, sorry!!) to collect data. There will likely be a google form involved, and I'll need you to fill it out IF you want a replacement.

Not everyone does, to my surprise. A lot of you figured out how to fix it yourself, and though I don't think you should have to, boy am I ever impressed with how resourceful and clever everyone is!!!

[[[ Another important thing to mention is that I realize some people feel they've been waiting too long for their plushie, and while we are in the midst of fulfillment, if you feel that the plushie is ruined for you, or you feel as if the wait time will impact your review of the product, I will refund you. I really don't want anyone getting something that they despise now.

I had an emergency with my rabbit, which ended up costing me 2k, and I have a couple refund requests pending that I can't cover at the moment. They were larger purchases, and I hadn't really used my noodle, and considered people would come out of the woods asking for so much money back on their orders.

All that to say, I have to pause requests for refunds. ]]

On a happier note, the fulfillment team did pick up pace this week after a little nudge. Instead of 30 packages going out a day, we had 100 going out minimally! I couldn't be more happy about that. I really hope we can keep up this momentum.

Last but certainly not least, I wanted to share these photos of our first Toulouse sample! I realize not everyone is on the Discord, or following my social media accounts, so here you go!

The first picture is the actual sample, and the second picture is edited with my modification requests. Our manufacturer is so good at what they do, and I know by the second edit, he's going to look perfect!! I am so stoked about Toulouse and is little cake hat. I hope everyone else is, too!!!

If you are a Cosmic Kittens fan, I figured I'd also share these prototypes that will be available for preorder on tinyteeth.shop soon! The first one is Ichabod, and the second one is Prince! Ichabod's collar will be a different color, and Prince is still undergoing some small changes, but these photos are still pretty cute, amirite?!
