Quick update! We have started to send out plushies, but at the moment it is plushie ONLY orders. There were some delays with some of the merchandise, such as the freebie stickers. They should be there soon, and as soon as they are packages with additional items will start going out!
I really apologize for this. Next campaign I will improve my timing, and order keychains/stickers/etc. even sooner than I did this time to ensure they arrive before at least at the same time as the stuffies!
I really appreciate everyone's patience and support through all of this. I really cannot wait for EVERYONE to get their cookies. Nothing makes me happier than to see the amazing reactions of those who have received their order.
In other news, I have arrived every prototype that I have had made for Series 2 so far! They are so cute and I really couldn't be happier. I cannot wait to launch Series 2! The date is still a little up in the air, due to fulfillment being a bit rocky, but make sure you've subscribed for notifications so you don't miss out on launch day!

But I've also finished working on a tribute grandma plushie that I've been wanting to make since my grandma passed away. I've decided that she would be Dotty's grandma, because who needs a grandma more than our local crybaby?
Her name is Jeanie Jam, and she will be every bit as floppy and huggable as our beloved Dotty! I'm very excited to see all these characters in their plush form, and to share them with all of you, too!!

It brings me great joy to say that our cookie friends have finally been released from customs. They are at the warehouse, being sorted through! Isn't that wonderful!? It has been an adventure, and I really appreciate all of you more than words can even express.
NOW! What does this mean now that the dolls are at the facility?
We are that much closer to fulfillment! Unfortunately-- as my luck would have it-- the freebie sticker for many of you is on it's way to the center, but not quite there yet. I am upside down smiling facing right now, you just can't see it.
What does THAT mean, you might ask? Well, it means I can't have them start fulfilling those orders from the campaign until the darn stickers get there, BUT...
My plan is to have them start fulfilling preorders and orders that do not include the freebies so we can start getting things moving, and it will ultimately speed up the process for campaign orders when the stickers DO arrive.
So, to be clear, I am going to have them start sending out preorders as soon as they've finished organizing on there end and they are prepared to do so.
Again, this is my first campaign, and there are a million things I will do differently for series 2, I promise. I am taking notes, and learning a lot. I am so grateful to all of you, which makes me even more determined to learn for our next adventure.
I will make another announcement, as soon as the fulfillment center informs that things are moving~!

I just wanted to poke in and let everyone know our cookies are in the US, they're just.... hanging out in customs right now.
I responded to some people on a previous community post saying they were at the warehouse, but that was a mistake on my end. They're not QUITE there yet. I just misunderstood what I read. This is my first project, and I'm learning a lot. I apologize for that confusion. I just want to be transparent that I did make a mistake in my wording.
The warehouse is supposed to send us photos of the dolls once they actually arrive there and I'll share those as soon as I get them.
I really apologize for all the delays. This was a huge project, bigger than I expected it to be when I first started. I'm so grateful, and I really am eager for everyone to get their dolls. We really are just almost there.
I've delayed Series 2, because I don't want to start another project before people start receiving on series 1.

If you've sent me any emails and haven't heard back, please reach out again. My grandma passed away in December on my birthday, and I've been all over the place since. I admit my email kind of piled up and there is a chance I might have missed something. I am not trying to ignore or ghost anyone, I promise.

I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know that all of our cookies are finally done, and ready to ship to the fulfilment center. It has been a bumpy ride during production and I really appreciate all of the patience and understanding. We are one step closer to fulfillment!
They will be traveling by sea for a month, so let's wish 'em luck.

I really want to start off by thanking everyone again for your trust and patience in this project. I am so embarrassed and disappointed in myself over having missed my deadline for delivery. I promise I am learning a lot, and series 2 will be completely different. I've learned a lot about our manufacturer. We have a great designer, and a wonderful agent, and I plan on sticking with them forever, but obviously production is a bit slower for some reason. I will keep this in mind for Series 2.
We ran into an issue with Madame's hair bow. The production team had used a wrong clip, so they are having to redo her bows with the proper clips. This is just another set back, but I think it is the only one. Everything else is complete. Shipping is fully paid for, so I imagine they'll be taking their little sea voyage to our fulfillment center soon!
As soon as our agent lets me know they've been shipped, I will post an update screaming about it with excitement. We are so close.
Okay, everything below this is about a major change in my life that involves death, so if you aren't in the headspace for that I understand. Please take care.

As some of you know, I have been my grandma's caregiver for a long time. She raised me, loved me, and is a large part of why I am who I am today. So, it pains me to say that she passed away December 21 2025. My heart is absolutely destroyed. I feel like a part of my soul has been stripped away from me. It has been an absolute rollercoaster since November. She was on life support at one point, and came off it after 3 days, and the way things were going, I thought for sure we had more time, but...
She ended up coming home on hospice. She wanted to be home, and I wanted her to be too. I spent all of November and December doing my best to keep her comfortable.
I don't know where I'm going with this really. I just want to say that I've been absent and struggling. My life feels so different and I don't know what to do or think.
I guess I just appreciate the patience and kindness from everyone in our community. No one has been mean about the delays, and I don't take that for granted.
My grandma told me a week before she left me that she was proud of me and I want to keep making her proud. I know she was proud of Circus Sweeties. She always wanted to show them off to anyone who came into the house. She'd tell family about it any chance she got.
I wish she could be here to see Series 2 launch, but I'll just have to hope she is with me in spirit. I'm not religious or anything, but I like to think a part of us exists still, even after we've left our physical bodies.
I miss her a lot. And I'm rambling... so...
um. Thank you to all of you who supported this campaign and gave me a chance to show my grandma that all those art supplies and tablets she bought me growing up could manifest into something so positive and great in my life.
