Project Update: Thank you for your support!
Hey there,
I just wanted to reach out to say thank you for your support for DedBoi.
Last night the campaign ended and we managed to creep over the final stretch goal. Your backing was important in us reaching this goal.
What happens now:
I just wanted to reach out to say thank you for your support for DedBoi.
Last night the campaign ended and we managed to creep over the final stretch goal. Your backing was important in us reaching this goal.
What happens now:
- In about 14 days we will receive the funds from BackerKit and we will begin production of all the rewards.
- Sometime toward the end of March we will open the surveys. We expect these to be open until the end of April.
- Late April we'll send out the PDFs of DedBoi to all backers.
- Early May, we will charge cards for shipping and then fulfilment will begin. We expect to be completely fulfilled by the end of May!
- During this period I'll also post updates showing you any bits of production we have received, so you can keep a track on our progress.

Project Update: Less than 4 hours left to back DedBoi - final campaign update.
Heyo,
We're almost there!
At the time of writing this update we have less than four hours to go on the campaign and it's gone way beyond our expectations.
So, if you've yet to back, here are my top reasons to go for it now!
Wait, first here is a link to view the campaign! Okay, here are those reasons:
- I'm biased on this one, but DedBoi is an amazing solo game, based on the same investigative engine that I built for All Night Breakfast at the Midnight Owl. It's a game that you can play anywhere and at your own pace in which you investigate both your own death and past.
- We've almost hit all of our stretch goals. You'll definitely get a signed, numbered limited edition death certificate + a print and play card deck.
- We're very close to hitting our final stretch goal (18k) which sees all physical backers get a DedBoi bookmark including a rules reference and digitial backers will get a printable version of it.
+ LOW SHIPPING AND NO NASTY TARIFF SURPRISES
We've cut our shipping rates right down and capped them so you can add as many of our games as you like and you won't be charged any more.
Books will arrive in the USA tariff-free as they are protected under the IEEA. We know this because we've sent thousands to the US and never been hit with tariffs.
We pay EU VAT! No cards, no fees. Your book will come straight to your door!
A COLLABORATION BONUS
Back Cezar's Triple-O and as his publisher, we will combine shipping. That's right, only one shipping fee to pay for all rewards from both campaigns! The same rules for buy as much as you like, pay one shipping rate still apply.
You're helping an indie publisher.
These campaigns are just the beginning of a game's life. Being a small publisher is challenging in these times. We try to run a disruptive model, paying the highest royalties in the industry to our creators as well as bringing unique voices out to a much bigger market through retail and distribution. It's our original backers that go a long way to helping us make this model possible by helping us raise the fees we need to print our games. Most of what we make on these campaigns goes straight back into our business development and paying creators.

Project Update: DedBoi hits the 15k stretch goal!

Just a quick email to say that DedBoi has passed the 15k mark which means our penultimate stretch goal is unlocked.
