You sent me a zipper!? Everything you (Crua) have been saying/posting/promising is a replacement quilt ... not a dang zipper that you expect me to sew onto your defective quilt! If this isn't the icing in the cake I don't know what is. Did anyone else only receive a zipper?

Well, the cooler weather is soon approaching and I STILL haven't received my 2nd quilt. After buying Crua's hammock system and now this product I think it's safe to say that my time with the Crua brand may be over after being treated so poorly with this fiasco. When will we receive our quilts so I can put this whole experience behind me?

It looks like mine will arrive tomorrow by UPS. They are looking to collect postage and taxes of £83!!! What the hell? No real saving from buying it new - it doesn’t feel like much of a reward.

I just received my 2 sleep systems (one of each) and thing that was holding these up - the sleeping quilt, today in Canada! It looks like the log jam has broken :-)

Imagine my suprise when I got my pillow. That’s great, here it is after mid April and no sleep system. The ship arrive weeks ago, and the pillow was sent separately. Was there another glitch discovered that has made the system unobtainable? We would be much more understanding, if we had SOME communication.
