Hello Backers,

Some of you have reached out regarding the issue with the add-on 4 Season Quilt not fitting the Sleep System. We did some research, tried it out ourselves, and had to see that due to a manufacturer error, the zip on the quilt does not match the new Sleep System. Do not worry though, we contacted the factory and asked them to send us new graphene quilts. 
For the ones who haven’t gotten their delivery yet, please keep in mind that we won’t send out the old quilts, but it does not mean that you won’t get the new ones. We will send the new graphene quilts out to all of you who ordered the extra add-on quilt as soon as we get them, but as this issue happened very unexpectedly, we are still in touch with the factory about getting a time frame for the delivery.

We know that all of you are very excited about getting the Crua Sleep System and cannot wait to try it out, so we would like to thank you for your patience as well!

The containers arrived in the US and Ireland and we started organizing the shipment for all of you. Since we have a lot of orders (Thank you again!), it might take a couple of weeks to send out all the products. 

We would kindly like to ask for your patience and we guarantee that you won’t be disappointed;)

Great news! The containers are on their way to the US and our Ireland container is scheduled to depart in a few days. Please see below for more details about the US and Ireland vessels:

Additionally, keep in mind, it can take 7-10 days from the vessels arrival date for the container to unload and start making its way to our warehouses. We are optimistic the global supply chain backlogs will be less of a problem than in the past. Over the last year, we have faced delays at both ends of docking, especially when the vessel had arrived at the US port over the summer. With that in mind, we will keep you all updated with all changes or updates. Once we know more about next steps (which is shipping from our warehouse to you all), you will know.

Firstly I wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year!

I know all of us here at Crua are looking forward to the New Year and new products.

Production is finishing up and our logistics team is working to arrange for containers to be on a vessel this month. Scheduled time frame for the vessel to leave our manufacture and make its way to our US warehouse is January 14th . The container for our Ireland warehouse is scheduled for January 20th.

Once a vessel is scheduled and on the water, I will provide an update with the vessel's tracking number and information.

Hello Backers,

Thank you for your support and we are so looking forward to getting your Sleep System to you. Production of the Sleep System has begun and is scheduled to be completed mid January. We have received photos of the Sleep System and they are looking great. We are so excited for you all to see yours.

So, what happens next?  We are currently busy setting up the survey and the add-ons in Backerkit.  Once this is all ready, we will let you know and send out the surveys.  

From all of here at Crua, we very warm thank you for all the support.  The materials have been purchased and the production plan is being created as we speak.  We can't wait to get these to you!
