Once our Backerkit Campaign ends, you will receive a receipt for your chosen Backerkit pledge; we encourage you to check this to ensure your pledge has gone through successfully. Please note that we won’t be fulfilling failed customer pledges so it is important that you check this, so you get all of your Road Rage items when it comes to fulfilment time! BACKERKIT SURVEYS (SHIPPING & ADD-ONS) Upon receiving your successful receipt from Backerkit, this will now mean that your pledge has gone through, and you can relax knowing that your Road Rage products will be accounted for during manufacturing. However, your steps do not end here… we will be sending out your BackerKit Pledge Manager Survey which is the place for you to select all the add-ons your heart desires! It is through these surveys that we will also charge shipping. Please note, your Backerkit pledge receipt might say $0.00 shipping as we don’t charge that fee through the campaign itself. So, all shipping-related costs will come in the BackerKit Pledge Manager survey. Please note, we will only be delivering physical items to Backers who: A. successfully pledge one of the Road Rage pledge tiers, and B. successfully pay for shipping inside of their BackerKit survey (if applicable)

Setting stretch goals allows us to build on the already awesome content that awaits you in Road Rage, while allowing us the chance to give back to our community. As some stretch goals come at a greater expense than others, this means that not all of these can come as a free addition. In light of this, any Stretch Goals with the text ‘add-on’ next to it will be available for purchase to all backers, should you choose to add them to your pledge.

If you are a backer of any of the below tiers, then you will receive all achieved stretch goals, exclusive of any Stretch Goal featuring the “add-on” text: - Pledge Tier 1: Wasteland Downloads (Digital Only) - Pledge Tier 2: Fuel and Fury - Pledge Tier 3: Full Metal Mutant Stretch Goals that have the text ‘add-on’ next to them, will come at an added cost if you’re looking to purchase them. These (if applicable) will be specified on the Stretch Goal graphic on the campaign page, in Backerkit updates and in any pledge manager surveys. All other Stretch Goals (those without the “add-on” text) will be free to backers! Please note if you pledge our ‘Level 1’ pledge tier, you will only be eligible for digital Stretch Goals.

Once you’ve received your Backerkit pledge manager survey, this is where you’ll have the opportunity to select any add-ons that you would like to add to what you’ve already committed to in your pledge tier. Ensure that your pledge is active inside of Backerkit and shortly after our campaign period ends, we will send you your pledge manager survey where you will be able to access the Add-On Store. Keep an eye on the updates section of the Backerkit page for the “Post-Kickstarter Schedule” as this will advise as to when you can expect to receive your BackerKit survey.

We ship almost everywhere in the world, however unfortunately due to import laws, customs or postal situations, several countries make it impossible for us to ship to them. In light of this, we are unable to ship to the below countries: Russia Ukraine Belarus Moldova Faroe Islands Virgin Islands Guam Seychelles Falkland Islands In addition, we cannot ship to any APO, FPO, DPO or PO box addresses. Certain countries will be liable for additional customs charges. These countries include: Brazil Chile Denmark Argentina Mexico

We don’t charge shipping through campaign itself; shipping costs will be calculated at a later date and billed through Backerkit Post-Campaign Pledge Surveys and once dimensions/weights have been confirmed (we still need to make the products reality!). The estimated shipping costs on the Shipping Graphic of the Campaign page are based on current size and weight "estimates" of the products listed within each pledge tier and are subject to change. We aim to give the closest to accurate shipping prices as possible and don’t anticipate confirmed shipping prices to stray far from this, however we appreciate everyone’s understanding of the variable nature of global shipping markets and that this may lead to prices that exceed our initial estimations. Some of our products are still in the production phase, which means as soon as their available weights and dimensions are available, the shipping price will be entered into your BackerKit survey post-campaign. We design and manufacture our products internationally and will always aim to keep shipping prices as low as possible for our backers.

Please note that costs outlined on the Shipping Graphic are excluding Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST). VAT/GST for our CA, EU and UK backers will be charged as part of the BackerKit survey. Make sure you stay tuned in the Kickstarter updates for more details on VAT as the campaign progresses.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

After the campaign ends, you'll receive a survey to pay for any applicable shipping fees, calculated based on your shipping address.

Pay Over Time allows you to split your pledge into multiple payments over a set period. Your card will be charged according to the payment schedule (four monthly payments). Only available for projects that enable this feature. Learn More »

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
