This project features only items that are "Ready to ship". You are required to fill your survey before the deadline so we can begin shipping in early December 2025 to increase chances of shipping rewards on time for the holidays. While there's no guarantee on arrival date due to high demand of shipments in December, we will work fast to place shipping orders constantly as Backerkit surveys get finalized.

This project is part of Backerkit Holiday Market with rewards that are in "Ready to ship" status. Refunds are only possible for backers who fill their survey with their mailing address before the noted deadline and only if we determine that we are unable to start the shipping process of your rewards before December 2025, for any reason, such as items out of stock or other unforeseen circumstances. In that event, you will be refunded only for cost of the items that were unable to ship, at their discounted price if applicable. Backers who do not complete your survey before the deadline, will not be refunded for items that are able to ship, but will still be refunded for any items that are unable to ship for any reason. Pledges with unanswered surveys after 3 months after the campaign's end will count as a donation to the project.

Shipping details (VAT, tariffs, fees)

Products are already floored in different hubs around the world including US, CA, GB, AU, DE, ES, CN. You will be charged a low shipping rate in your Backerkit survey but you won't see additional charges for customs, tariffs, or taxes (other than FL sales tax) in your pledge. It is possible that some products have high demand and become sold out in a particular hub, in that case, backers with finalized Backerkit surveys will be prioritized based on Backer number. Any items unable to ship will be refunded.
