Project Update: It's Time to Lock your Shipping Address!
Hello all,
Tariffs and duties on the United States shipment of Han Cluster have been PAID! This means the product will soon be on its way from LA to our office here in Tucson! The UK/EU shipment is still on the water, but is getting closer! This is it! We’re finally getting ready to ship!

We will be locking shipping addresses on Monday! That means you have until then to update your shipping address (or choose the local pick up option--see below) in your BackerKit survey.
If you need to review your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://han-cluster.backerkit.com/.
Local Pickup
---IMPORTANT!--- Those who have either made prior arrangements with us to pick up your product locally, OR those who live close to the Tucson area and are willing to take a trip to east Tucson to pickup your product may choose "LOCAL PICKUP" under the "Country" drop down when finalizing your address. For those who need to make arrangements, email us at [email protected] to iron out the details. Local pick up is free, but you may still get your product faster if you choose to get your product shipped to you instead. Be aware, if you choose Local Pickup, your product will NOT be shipped to you!
Incomplete Surveys
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, you can still fill it out to get your rewards, but your shipment may be delayed. If you have physical rewards and you have not filled out your survey at all, you will NOT receive your product! So please ensure that you have your survey filled out and your credit card information is current.
Shipping Charges
As we detailed in the previous update, shortly after we lock addresses, we'll be charging your credit cards for shipping. We'll let you know just before we do that.
Timeline
Assuming all goes according to plan, we’re currently aiming to ship rewards to US and Canadian backers starting at the end of this month (November, 2026) and into the beginning of December. UK and EU orders should start to ship by the middle of December or early January. If you need to change your shipping address, please make the changes in your BackerKit survey NOW!
