I wanted to give you an update on where we are with fulfillment.

I hit an unexpected snag with the Pledge Manager setup. It turns out I needed to complete the shipping configuration before I could distribute the digital files. I should have caught this earlier, and I apologize for the confusion and additional delay.

Here's the good news!
I'm nearly done with the setup now, and we're making real progress. The miniatures and character sheets are ordered, and I even bumped up the dice quantity from 8 to 10 of each as a small thank you for your patience. Digital files should be coming your way soon.

I've also stepped back from other projects to give this campaign my full attention, something I should have prioritized from the start. I'm committed to getting everything to you properly, and I appreciate you sticking with me through these bumps.
