I cannot say thank you enough to everyone who backed this campaign! It was so awesome being able to break my personal BackerKit backer count record. This campaign is now my 2nd most successful pin campaign ever. Ya'll are so awesome and I cannot wait to see these pins come to life!
What happens next?
Now that the campaign has ended Backerkit will begin charging cards for pledges. Within the next 1-2 days you should see a charge from SNARKYCO on your statement, however, sometimes it says BackerKit.
Failed Payments If your payment fails BackerKit will attempt to charge your payment method a few more times in the following days. If your payment fails every time, you will still be able to pay for your pledge within your survey to get your rewards. If you have a failed pledge payment you will still receive your survey and you can update your payment within the survey to ensure you still get the pledge level you choose and freebie items.
Surveys In roughly two weeks you will receive a BackerKit survey, sometime around May 2nd. I will also send out an update before surveys go out. The purpose of the survey is to choose the designs you want for your pins, provide your shipping address, and pay for shipping. The survey will also have an add-ons section and that is where you'll find other items like stickers, tote bags, bookmarks, extra pins, etc. Add-ons are entirely optional. EB Tier Upgrade If you are an Early Bird Backer and you want to upgrade your EB tier to include more pins, please email me at [email protected], with the name and email associated with your pledge and what tier you want to upgrade to. You can switch from one EB to tier to another EB tier, but you cannot switch from a regular tier to an EB tier. You can switch your EB tier all the up until surveys go out.
Pre-order Store In roughly a week we will launch a pre-order store. This pre-order store is solely meant for people who missed the campaign and are not backers. If you are a backer and you see the pre-order store link on the page, please do not confuse it with your survey. Feel free to send the pre-order store link to any friends who missed the campaign. Just remember, the pre-order store is not your survey. In the past, a few backers got confused about that and placed pre-order store orders thinking it was their survey.
Freebie Items Once you complete the pledge level questions on your survey and get to the final page, you will automatically see freebie items that come with your pledge, in your items list. If you are missing any free items from that list please email [email protected].
Refer a Friend If you participated in the refer a friend program you will receive an email from me with confirmation that I saw your email and made a note. When surveys are released I will email you to find out what two free pins you want added to your order, because I have to add them manually.
