The Pledge Manager has now been open for a month, and most of you have completed your surveys. Thank you! That gives us the information we need to begin preparing the project for fulfillment.

There are, however, still 51 wandering souls who have not yet completed theirs. If you are reading this and have not filled out your Pledge Manager survey, please do so as soon as possible. This is where you confirm your shipping address and finalize your rewards, and completing it now will help us avoid delays later. So please check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for the survey email!

Max has just finished the primary writing for The Black Spire Pact, which is now being handed off to me for a final pass through the narrative material—sharpening the prose, deepening the atmosphere, and generally making the Spire a very entertaining place to die.

With that substantial undertaking complete, Max is returning this month to the unfinished business of giving the new Mörktastic Beasts their stats and mechanics.

The lore has already established what these creatures are, what miserable corners of the dying world they crawl from, and why encountering them is a terrible idea. Now Max gets to determine precisely how they will maim, curse, devour, humiliate, or otherwise inconvenience your doomed adventurers.

Once the stats are complete, the expanded book will move into layout.

The project continues to move forward, and we are excited to see these new abominations taking their final playable forms!
